Our first kill was our first attempt post-patch. 2 healers (priest + shaman, me MT and 1 warlock). We ended up killing all the adds, but mostly by accident. Our shadow priest died to an arcane volley as everyone was moving out of the insane speed blizzard, got b-rezzed, then died again right before 40%. Druid shifted into bear at 43%, picked up what he could, I picked up one and we feared the last, didn't end up banishing anything. They were dead as the Flame Wreath that hit right after 40% wore off. Our warlock died. The other priest died at 25%, then we lost 2 more around 8%. We did the last 8% with me MT, 1 healer and 3 DPS. No polymorph and sloppy execution. He was so much easier.

Much less prone to bad luck and more controllable now and the faster blizzard stops it from being too easy.
We had a melee heavy raid this week so can't really judge if the epic item buffs have made it a little easy to keep his HP below his mana, I'm tending to think so.

Banish one elem, fear one more, Feral Druid picks up aggro on the other two and kills them assisted by ranged dps while melee stay on the boss interrupting. No fuss.

Our raid consisted of:
1 Prot War
2 Druids (Feral/Resto)
1 Ele Shaman
1 Fire Mage
1 Hunter
1 Rogue
2 Priests (Holy/Shadow)
1 Pally

Killed all the adds and still burned him down well before he ran out of mana (each has approx 10k hp). The only real problem was adjusting to the much faster blizzard. One note about the new blizzard: it was causing (for me at least) some serious graphical lag, actually dc'd me at about 8ish%. Gonna try turning some settings down next week. Theres a marker on the blizzard that traces the front of it, not sure if thats related or not.

Edit: one-shot kill. The fight is still hectic, but seems less luck-based than before.

We killed him a couple nights ago. Normally we offtank the elementals to keep them off of the healers, but after the last attempt we'll probably off tank 2, and burn down the other 2 with ranged dps. Our feral druid OT was able to kill one in FrR gear very quickly without any help. The speed of blizzard took some getting use to, and it was nice having no dragons breath.
