I've been looking through the WoW UI forums and this one as well as Curse and WoWAce, but I can't find a mod to do what I want.

I just want a mod that will reconfigure my main action bar as I tell it to. For example, the Maulgar action bar configuration would have:
Button 1: Detect Magic
Button 2: Spell Steal
Button 3: Frostbolt
Button 4: a macro to castsequence Fire Ward and Ice Barrier
Button 5: a macro to announce the pull and cast fireball

For Romulus and Julianne, I'd want to have detect and steal out on the main bar also, but for normal wear and tear, I don't have space to spare for either on the main bar or anywhere that is bound to a key. If I know I'm coming up on an AoE pull, I could have the bar set to an AoE bar. If I know I'm in for an endurance fight or a really fast one, I could have Arcane Blast on the main bar.

I just don't have enough action bars for each situation and having a giant block with all my abilities out in the open feels too cluttered. Although a bit idealistic, it would be great if I could just right-click a target frame and load a configuration for that mob if one is available in addition to an ItemRack-style dropdown menu. Any suggestions?

Could you just make bongos profiles then have a macro to change your profile for each pull type?

hmm, I'll have to give that a shot. To be honest, my one experience with Bongos was so cluttered I couldn't bear to even work with it, but maybe I can configure it to leave the default UI bars somehow.

For these macros, are they Bongos macros or would I need to find a mod to have more macros? (I used all of my normal ones up) Also, would I have to have one button per profile go to a macro profile to access them all?

There may be a way to get a dropdown like itemrack for different profiles, but that would obviously be another mod (sorry I'm not aware of one). The macros would have to call out the command to change your Bongos profile but I only know of it via click UI. I'd imagine they have a /command to achieve the same purpose.

As for macros, if you are already out, you REALLY should invest in something like Supermacro (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=1325)
