Well, theoretically, they only need to play 3 games. However, you would need to do this over more than one week, since you will have to play many games to get your rating up that high, than play 7 games the next week, and turn your team over for the 3 losses.

In one week you can get your rating very high. After that you could pretty easily play 7 games as a team, then bring in the buyers for 3 losses or whatever.
