Itemization: Stats better (or worse) than tooltip
So while fiddling around with gear today, I discovered an item which has better stats than its tooltip claims. Here's what all the data mining sites and the in-game tooltip show:
Spymistress's Wristguards
Binds when picked up
Wrist Leather
128 Armor
+18 Agility
+15 Stamina
Red Socket
Socket Bonus: +2 Dodge Rating
Durability 35 / 35
Equip: Improves hit rating by 15.
When I equip this item, all relevant stats (as a rogue: crit, dodge, attack power) change as if it has 20 agility, not 18. (I didn't think to check armor and I'm writing this on a non-WoW capable computer, but odds are that armor will behave the same.)
Can any other owners of this item confirm? And has anybody noticed similar problems on other items?
(The reason I noticed at all was that I was making sure Rating Buster had the right agility to crit conversion, and happened to pick this item for testing. For a while I thought the mod was wrong, but it calculated crit for other agi items correctly; after a bit of boggling I eventually worked out that it all makes sense if the item actually has 20 agi.)
