Looking for data - 2.0.10 item changes

Is there a site that allows you to find out "easily" which items have changed since 2.0.10. I'm trying to figure out what exactly has changed, and I found this to be pretty much impossible with the standard spoiler sites.

Thottbot doesn't seem to include item changes in his "newest items" list, Allakhazam lists as "updated item" if you have a single drop info change, even if the item itself hasn't changed a bit, Wowhead doesn't seem to have this kind of function...

Barring polling all the items one by one, and doing a manual compare with the data previous to patch, I don't see a way.

Not to be a dick, but there's a thread with exactly this information--and almost exactly the same title--one page back.

Thottbot's Beta page had a "Changes" link, http://thottbot.com/test?ch=changed, but I don't think it works on live, if that helps.

Which is the same as what went live.
