How are you guys dealing with the demons that are summoned? Must they be killed or can they be out-ranged until despawn? We have tried silencing them but they still end up mind controlling their target when the debuff wears off.

That's just the thing, how can a holy priest/resto druid/ prot warrior do 10k damage in 25sec? Even I was cutting it close as a decently geared hunter.

10k damage in 25seconds is 400 dps. I think tanks could do this at level 60. Given fully raid buffed/potted dps can break 1k dps way before your guild's level of progression, it's very possible for someone to blow down 2 during that time... or at the very least kill one themselves and assist the prot/holy/resto members of your raid.

So yeah, Cryect's got it. :P

You can't assist people you have to kill them completely by yourself.

If I were you I would check out how people are being picked for demons then control this.

It is random, and in a kill video I saw a tree druid in their raid, it's gotta be hard as hell for tree to do that much damage.

Btw the 10k was just an estimate, it could be more.

wear spelldamage gear? 400 dps isnt unattainable for any spec/class. Not going to get it in healing gear, but the amount of random +damage kit I've accumulated so far without looking for it is a bit scary.

Hi, I'm new to these forums. Inner Demons are vulnerable to Arcane, Nature and Holy damage, and resistant to Frost, Fire and Shadow. They have roughly 12,000 health and need to be killed in 25 seconds. Targets are chosen randomly, but I think the highest-aggro is excluded.

At first glance, it seems like they are impossible for healers to kill. However, Druids use Nature and Arcane damage, Priests use Holy, Shamans use Nature, and Paladins use Holy. Again, Inner Demons are vulnerably to these elements, while resistant to all others. This is probably why this fight was designed this way.

From my experience, the classes who have the most difficulty killing these are Restoration Shamans and Protection Warriors, and to a lesser extent, Hunters and Holy Priests. There are countermeasures to ensure that these classes can beat their demons. I'm sure most of you can figure it out for yourselves
