Killing Hakkar at 70: with all 5 aspects buffing him edit: intended thread title

OK, I know the bosses in ZG are 5 mannable at 70, but hakkar may be a challenge still. If you don't kill each priest/priestess, they bestow an additional ability to hakkar.
According to wowwiki.com, they are:
# Bat Aspect) - 1200-2000 AoE damage + 8s silence.
# High Priest Venoxis(Snake Aspect) - 800 damage poison to the raid.
# High Priestess Mar'li(Spider Aspect) - 6 second stun against current aggro holder.
# High Priest Thekal(Tiger Aspect) - Frenzy, increasing attack speed by 150%.
# High Priestess Arlokk - 2 second gouge (aggro wipes the main tank)

The frenzy is probably a good thing, since a level 70 main tank would have insane damage mitigation against hakkar, thus making it hard to gain rage/aggro.

If you account for the stun, the gouge, and the regular mind control, you are going to have frequent aggro dumps and would require several tanks.

Healing wound be more demanding, but the fight would also be significantly shorter too.

Has anyone attempted this? Does this seem challenging at level 70 or a pushover?

Along those lines, is ossarian tankable in supreme mode? What about Razuvious?

That's an interesting way you've managed to, uhh, mangle the topic title.

Anyway, EJ themselves nearly managed to kill Hakkar with all five aspects shortly before the expansion was released, it'd probably be very doable at 70, though it'd still require the same unusual tactics.

I'd doubt Razuvious is possible yet. 50K on cloth works out to 25k on plate, and that's burst in addition to his regular melee damage.

Ossirian easily, im sure it was doable at 60.

Hakkar ought to be no problem either as long as you have a good raid make-up.

I've fixed the topic for you, but this really isn't thread worthy, it was hard at 60, pre 2.x but he was at 1%, I think the extra 10 levels + resists should account for the extra 1%.
