Considering that now has an ilevel of 86, I think it's safe to say it's not intended.

Priest Tier 5 Changes
Healing:
From chest: 12 sta, -1 int, 3 spirit, -15 spell crit, 4 healing, socket bonus +9 healing (2 mp5 old), 1x yellow socket to blue
From legs: 7 sta, 7 int, -15 spirit, 1xblue, 19 healing, socket bonus +4 healing
From gloves: 1 int, -3 spirit, 6 healing, 4mp5
From shoulders: 10 sta, 6 int, 16 spirit, yellow socket to blue socket, -16 spell crit, - 10mp5, 13 healing, socket bonus now +7 healing (1 mp5 old)
From helm: 13 sta, 1 int, -7 spirit, red to yellow socket, 26 healing, 6mp5, socket bonus now 2mp5 (+4 spirit old)
Net Resto Changes: 42 sta, 14 int, -6 spirit, -31 spell crit, 68 healing, 2 blue socket, -1 yellow socket, 16 healing and 2 mp5 socket bonuses vs 3 mp5 and 4 spirit
Much better than the old. They basically move the mp5 around to other pieces so there is no net loss there. I wish it had more native mp5 but that can be made up for in the sockets.

Except for the fact that its the exact opposite direction I wanted the buff to happen. STR -> Int, Crit -> Spellcrit and it'd be one sexy belt. Too bad its doomed to be a worthless melee dps belt.

I saw the on equip change to the Romeo's Vial (has hit rating now) but does anyone know if the proc rate of the nature dmg was increased as well? (right it only does 1% of my DPS)

My -guess- would be that is has been improved, similar to how both the healing trinkets were given extra stats, and still had a boost to their current effects.

I'm looking information for two drops: Bracers of the Celestial Archer from TK, and Mantle of the Tireless Tracker from SSC.
The Hunter T5 changes are hot, so glad I picked up the leggings!

Can tell you now that they are as follows after 2.10:
+25 stam
+17 int
+185 dmg
+18 crit
overall a decent buff
For those asking before, dmg has not been increased on the sunfire/soulfrost enchants, sadly.

Double the Primal Nether, and add 10 Khorium Bars. http://www.thottbot.com/test/i23555 being a prime example. Ouch

Apparently the wings on the Warlock T6 only show up when you first put the helm on as seen in this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5cGEqSDz6I
Once they flap a few times the wings just vanish.

Here is a very very odd imo change, before and after pics:

and the fang before and after

If that isn't a bug, then that trinket just got same stats as a lvl 55 item Oo

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Blacksmithing Specilization weapons got 3 top end and 6 top end shaved off of them, they also lost like .7 and 1.4 DPS.
Talking about both 1-handers and 2-handers.
