True, none of the recpies are new ( I distinctly recall them when I did my last 'for the love of jebus give me some reason to keep LWing' scan), but stats are MIA.
Where it gets interesting is that those stats are actually....very good, high quality BoEs- with raid mats (Vortexicies? man I can't spell). Perhaps they're attempting to provide raider->non raider sellable items to help supply the guild bank?
To put it more clearly, because of (even post consumable hit) the vast amount of mats that are required in general on a farming basis for encounters (assuming stuff like hydros still uses full consumable spreads, be those heavily nerfed), perhaps rather than simple 'good' boe epics Blizz decided to add in GREAT ones that the highest end guilds can sell to those not as far progressed (BT guilds vs Mag, eg) for money or consumables.
It seems to me like a somewhat logical progression in the theme of making raids semi-self sustaining without countless hours of farming- I doubt that the flasks available for SSC or Gruul's are going to fall down like candy, but if JoeCasual goes out and farms up 100 Armaments I could probably sweet talk your guild LWer into making me belt <X> if I supply all non-vortex mats.
THis is of course assuming Nether Vortex does not continue to be a 2 per raid ID drop- if that's the case I have no earthly idea why they'd make these craftable at all, seeing how the BS weapons alone will contitute a rediculous amount of farming, followed by those in guild unlukcy enough that they could still get upgrades from the BoEs.
So am I nuts, or would this be a nicely elegant solution that might actually fit in with the new 'raiding no longer a time sucking farming life destroying hole' theme?
