Any word on Warp-spring Coil?
Update: I've been told it's a 25% proc rate in 2.1, no hard data however.

Drakefist Hammer haste proc has no cooldown. I'm guessing it is the same for later tiers.

Anyone know about a cooldown on the Fel Reaver's Piston? With no cooldown you would see 2-3x as many procs per time with Chain Heal as compared to single target heals, and this appeals to me =). On the other hand, if it has a cooldown it's no more or less useful for any particular spell in terms of procs per time.

Found in the Healing Trinket thread:
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30619#z0z
There is a comment in there which references a hidden cooldown, but without the slightest bit of backup or specivity, and from a random person, but it's all I've got.
Would love to see some testing on this...

No internal cooldown. It will charge/proc every time you crit. AM will also proc it on each wave that crits.

What about AoE (especially combusted AoE with many simultaneous crits)? Do you get one proc per three crits, no matter what?

Yep, so on fights like say... I'llhoof I stick to targeting the boss and when I aoe I tend to get at least the 3 procs it takes to set it off.
Also molten armor does proc the capacitor when it crits.

As I am about to decide whether to get T4 Shoulders and Chest or to stick with the Frozen Shadoweave items, I am tring to model the DPS-gain for the T4 items.
For this it would be very helpful if someone who is already in possession of these items could determine the procrate of the 2 pc proc.

I've been testing it for the past fifteen minutes or so, and it seems to have a cooldown of anywhere from fifteen to twenty seconds. It's very low, but I'm almost positive there is one as I haven't had it overwrite itself once. My money is on fifteen seconds, as I regularly have it proc around sixteen to eighteen.

A guildmate complained about the proccrate of Insightful Earthstorm Diamond.
Has anyone done any testing of this gem in 2.1?

I'm starting to guess it's got a 45s internal cooldown. I've lost the roll for Hourglass 4 times in about 30 BM runs, so I don't have it to test against. For what it's worth the name of the buffs they give are different "Fury of the Crashing Waves" vs. "Strength of the Unraveller" (or w/e).

A WoWhead user claims they stack: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30627#z0z
|
09.05.2007, PTR v0.1.0.6655 - both [Hourglass of the Unraveller] and [Tsunami Talisman] can proc at same time (tested with Hunter with 29.55%). You gain 640 AP !!!

I think I read that Masquerade had a 45s cooldown, not sure though. Can't test it either.
On another note:
Is anyone exalted with the Ashtongue Deathsworn yet?
I'm curious if the Ashtongue Talisman trinkets ( http://www.wowhead.com/?search=ashtongue+talisman) have an internal cooldown or not.

According to Howitzer in one of the Hunter threads, tsunami and hourglass are capable of stacking, but do proc each other's internal cooldowns - meaning if the stars align and you get both to proc on the same attack, they stack.

Hm, how do you mean? If one procs, and it procs the other trinket's cooldown, how do you get them to stack?
Shiffar's Nexus-Horn and Sextant of the Unstable Currents (both 20% proc on spell crit, 45s CD) didn't share their internal CD for me - when popping combustion (3 guaranteed crits), I pretty often got both to proc within a short time frame. And the bonuses stacked during proc overlap, of course.
So, stacking and independent cooldowns for those two at least.
Edit I: Updated a lot of the listed items.
Edit II: Bolded the line I don't understand - does he mean that one trinket proccing puts the other trinket on cooldown? This at least isn't the case with the caster version, and it also contradicts what he said right after it. Someone help a clueless gnome!

They can both proc on the same attack, then activating the cooldown. So if the procrate was 10%, the chances of them stacking on a given attack when the cooldown was up would be 1%. Since they we be on cooldown maybe 75% of the time, the actual chance of it happening on a given attack is something like .25%.

Oh holy crap potatoes!
|
Any info on the *new* Coronet of Verdant Flame?
Thottbot lists it here http://www.thottbot.com/s32981 as a 75% chance, which must mean a large cooldown, as 45mp/5 on a head would just be far too broken to not have a cooldown.
Has anyone tested this?

The most recent information I have says that yes it does have an internal cooldown (and my vague memory says it was substantial enough that I dismissed it as unviable period). I've got it in the bank but have not personally parsed it out, so take that with a grain of salt.

Dragonspine Trophy is now reported to have an internal cooldown on the PTR - can anyone check if the same applies to Dragonmaw/Dragonstrike? Might be a geneal fix for haste procs.
