I like the suspected concept: Kill an add, use his weapon in some fashion in the fight, repeat x 3. Sounds trés cool.

Going by the armor (on the adds)... it looks like, what, Warrior, Paladin, Hunter?, Priest?

It says Tempest Keep on it, indicating that (like the Karazhan books, for example) it disappears when you zone out.

Look carefully, it's bound to Tempest Keep.

EDIT: Beaten to it.

I wonder what weapons the other 3 adds will drop. since that one seems to come from the first one.

Note the "Tempest Keep" tag underneath its name, indicating that the weapon is zone-bound and will despawn should you zone out of TK alive.

Edit: Just occurred to me -- correct me if I'm wrong, but zonebound objects are persistent as long as you don't zone out, yar? I wonder if they rememberd to put in some kind of script to take the weapon out of your hand/bags when you die. It would be fairly humorous if wiping over and over geared your raid up with multiple sets of weapons.

Yeah, they did. The text on the Nihilum post is basically a one liner: "A sneak peek of what is to come. So far this encounter seems very very cool."

Nice looking armor on the bosses...is that tier 5 I see?

Yep, T5 on all of them but Lord Sanguinar, who is wearing (another) set of recolored Lawlbringer.

Is it just me or is blizz very partial to that model? Well, I'd rather have the red/black one than the Green/brown tanking set from kara

Only the warrior has T5 on. Hunter is wearing gladiator set(recolored T4) and mage is also wearing Gladiator set(recolored T4). Can't believe they made that sick looking red and black lawbringer, but didn't give the pally the red and black gladiator shield to match it.

Havent been in the Eye myself but unless there's wipe recovery available wont you release alive in the Cosmowrench graveyard like all other TK instances?

What he meant is that if you kill the guy, loot the axe, wipe and not release you'd have it for the next attempt.

Well, there was a timer on the Atiesh sword, so I'd assume there's one on this axe as well. Basically, you'd end up losing the sword mid fight if you wiped once. But yeah, you don't lose a zone-bound item until you physically leave the zone - if you die and release you keep it.

Edit: Ah yeah, didn't think about the fact you respawn at the graveyard outside. So then you'd have to not release if you wanted to keep the axe for another attempt.
