Yes, it's early. I'm leaving tomorrow morning (7AM) for a week-long Mediterranean cruise so I had to break the one week cooldown. Also, someone will have to cover for me next week cause I'll be arriving back on Monday evening and

Miscellaneous PTR Stuff
Lots of level 70 epic items had their ilvls adjusted upwards, and Kalgan claims that they're all going up. Yay, I can finally walk around with my hot purples and actually have better stats than those around me in level 70 blues.
Other highlights:
Battleground gear matching is implemented, meaning nothing at all because people in epic gear don't really bother with organized BGs nowadays.
25-man bosses now drop two pieces, rather than one piece, of Set gear. That's right, now you can get 1-2 extra void crystals from Gruul!
Inspect range increased to 30 yards. Now you'll look less of a creepy stalker when trying to inspect someone in a raiding guild.
Impervious "kills" some Hyjal bosses. Encounters are still buggy as shit.
Okay so they didn't kill any of the bosses (they got Rage Winterchill to 30%). They did get some phat loots from deathtouched bosses, though. Neat thing is that almost all their abilities are straight out of Warcraft 3, with some modifications to make them even better since they are now WoW raid bosses.
On a side note, I went to Hyjal the other day and I got two shot by ghouls, what the hell. How am I weaker than the Undead lumber harvesting unit? God damnit.
Bad Omen + PUGs get to see some more of Black Temple
Apparently High Warlord Naj'entus chucks spears at people and you need to chuck those spears right back at him. Also, you'll probably need 8.5k+ HP for this fight, so all of you whining about the amount of stamina on PvE gear can go gently caress yourselves.

Behold, the new World of Warcraft Visa. For the low, low cost of a mortgage payment every month, you can play WoW for free! I can't imagine pulling one of these out in real life, because I don't think any establishments would accept my card with an angry Orc on it.
Starcraft MMO? What the hell?
So, rumour has it that it's not Starcraft 2, but Starcraft MMO that's being announced in two weeks. Well, good news for me, I guess, 'cause I'm pretty bored of WoW right now. Sucks for the rest of you, though. Pretty brilliant idea on Blizzard's part, I mean, Starcraft is considered RTS perfection, whereas raising the bar from WoW is a fairly easy task for Blizzard. That is, unless it's some sort of MMORTS/FPS that I've never considered, in which case I'm sure it'll still be better than WoW.
