I've been picking through the threads trying to find information on the new location limited consumables; it's incomplete and scattered about, so I'm going to try to organize it. I've got a lot of gaps in my knowledge, unfortunately, but I'm willing to update this with any info people can provide.

Aside from the "of the Beast" and "of the Sorcerer" flask types, I just confirmed that the other four are sold during the Sha'tari Skyguard event which occurs at the Ba'shir Crystalforge. Basically, at fixed time intervals a group of NPCs will fly out from the Skyguard camp near Ogri'la (you can speak with an NPC there to find out how long until the next group heads out). Upon landing at the Crystalforge, they are assaulted by waves of mobs, and need to be kept alive. From what I saw, it looks like this isn't the type of thing that can be done solo. If you keep them alive long enough, a new Sha'tari NPC arrives you sells the "of the Solider, Elder, Bandit, and Physician" flasks. I wonder why they made it such a pain for these four types, yet so trivial for the other two?

The flasks that are available from this event also cost 10 apexis shards, and are seemingly unlimited - you can buy as many as you can afford.

You're also missing the Bottled Nethergon items that drop in Tempest Keep instances, are BoE, and can only be used in Tempest Keep instances and raids.

Requiring scryer or aldor exalted for the ezflasks is somewhat irritating, though I really should grind that out (or buy enough rep items) for the shoulder enchants anyway. Plus if I'm still too lazy then I can just go with the herb based flasks as they're not all that hard to make/buy anyway.

Imho requiring Scryer/Aldor rep isn't really that much of a hurdle. Sure, quite a lot of folks still haven't maxed their rep but getting it done is pretty easy imho. There are quite a lot of farming spots and especially post 2.1 quite a lot of grinders have left these areas in favour of the new quest hubs.

Question: are those marks and shards BOP?

Ok, on my server, at least, the Blade's Edge flask event appeared to occur on every even hour. Coincidence or is this the setup everywhere?

Unstable Flask of the Sorceror is not BoP.

Doing a regular Arcatraz run last night we got roughly 10 mana/10 healing potions.

My favorite part though, is how absurdly cheap these are. One Stormreaver a regular stack of super mana pots goes for ~12g/stack but I can buy the tempest keep mana potions for ~3g/stack. I'm slightly disappointed by the implementation of the other potions by comparison.
