Damn, i think i can say i'm somewhat disappointed. 2 weeks for clearing end game raid dungeon ? I know Nihlium is most hardcore guild out there, but still.

BT is way undertuned. Gurg made a post to that effect in the pub forum.

I remember when they used to just break bosses in order to prevent progression for awhile, but yeah this is rather disappointing. Then again when Vashj was broken the players just found a way to exploit it and win anyhow. So maybe C'thun just bred smarter nothing-better-to-do-with-60-hours-a-week'ers.

Frankly I'm happy that BT is already cleared. It gives me hope that I might do the same before the next expansion comes along and wipes everything out and I never get to see the best raid zone in the game.

Cough Naxx.

I would have felt better if this was cleared next month or in August. Too soon, Executus, too soon.

I didn't finish Naxx (or C'Thun/Ouro, to be honest), so I can relate to your feeling Nite Moogle, but I still feel like my guild could have resonably cleared SSC, TK, Hyal and BT by year end (had BT been the Naxx-like instance I had hoped). And we're just starting SSC now.

There's no doubt in my mind we can do it now, assuming Blizzard doesn't change the degree of dificulty. We only raid 3 nights a week, also. 10 hours total.

This must be why the forums are running like an overweight geriatric in a wheelchair.

It was interesting to read about BT and Hyjal from the PoV of the top end guilds. Kind of makes me want to get there quick so we can clear that shit. Too bad Kael seems like an enormous cockblock at the moment.

Why anyone but the topguilds are unhappy with this is beyond me. I seriously doubt BT is as easy as a lot of people (that haven't been there) are making it out to be. I supose BT is just as easy as 'trashmobstatus lady Vashj' who still poses quite the challendge to us. If I'll be able to reach the end of BT before the next major release I'll be very surprised, and our guild isn't exactly filled with bad players.

At my guilds rate of progression Blizz will double the difficulty of all BT/Hyjal content before we get there.

Frankly, i don't believe they blocked players intentionally, with maybe with exception of Vashj.

What does this even mean? Kael's one of the best fights, if not the best, in any raid dungeon Blizzard's ever made? Or is anything that's "hard" automatically a cockblock? It's not remotely overtuned, and the dozens of forthcoming videos and guides that map everything out will eliminate a lot of the learning curve.

I feel quite inadequate having killed Vashj and only starting to seriously work on TK this week.

BTW, Gurg, did you know there is a shaman named Gurgtho(c?)kx on a 2500~ rated arena team on Mal'Ganis?
