Hmm, now to sound like a complete and total nub....
I ditched my level 60 paladin for a variety of reasons, and one of the major reasons was its lack of enjoyable play, and no defined role, or necessity in a paladin filled world.
I have started a druid, mage, and a warrior now, and can not decide between the three of them. In all reality, I want to be obscenely useful come end game time, but I also desire the enjoyment of a level 60 character.
In a character I am looking for something that is fun to play around with, great to PvP with, and furthermore, something that is needed come Raid instance, MC, Onyxia time. And by needed, I mean as in, this class is lacking in skill/volume/intelligence and the horde needs more for the above reason.
So basically, what I am asking is for some advice. At the moment, I enjoy playing all three, but they're all moving into the 20-30 range after ~a week of play and I need to pick one. So I am looking for informative and constructive suggestions and advice, pertaining to what I wanna know.
Take a look at your guild roster and see what's needed. Don't just look at the level 60's, see what up and coming members are 45 and up. You're really going to have fun playing any of those classes as long as you don't pick something that there already are 50 of.
The only issue with that is that I am presently unguilded, but looking. It's tough to get into a serious guild at level 20ish, so I am stuck hoping to be useful, with no clear indication if that will be the case.
Edit: Seriously, you won't get into any of the good guilds on this server. You won't get far in MC. Delete your horde characters and make an Alliance druid, do us all a favor.

How would this be doing you all a favor?
The reason I left the Alliance was due to all of the Drama queen bullshit that took the fun away from the game. I like the community of Mal'ganis enough that I didn't want to roll to another server, so I chose horde.
And the reason that I am posting here, and not the Realm Forums is because I don't feel like being douche derailed. I'd rather ask people who appear to be knowledgeable, as opposed to letting every Tom, Dick, and Sally tell me what they think.
I just want some opinions from the people who play these classes in end-game. I'd think they would have the most informative opinions on the character class, and I can use these opinions in a productive way to enhance my enjoyment of the game.
They are all useful classes, but honestly you just need to play what you enjoy most. Dont play a class you dont like as much as another just because its "Whats needed."
Playing a class because its "what's needed" is a good way to burn out and get bored with the game after a month of raiding. Play what you think is fun. :)
I'll keep those in mind. I really truly enjoy all three classes, I guess I will just have to play around some more and find out which I enjoy the most.

Because the horde actually outnumber the alliance on Mal'Ganis.

Playing a class that is "needed" by a future guild/raid group is unlikely to be fun, but choosing a class that compliments what your friends play may very well be.

And how come Ayle has that avatar?
I forgot to switch her to Alliance Attention Whores. Plus, I'm busy PVPing.

That's because most retards equate "druid" with "night elf" so they go alliance.
DUDE, LOOK! HE FLIPS WHEN HE JUMPS! THAT'S AWESOME!
They're easy to pick out too - they're the ones spamming moonfire on single targets. No kidding, I was full health (4.2k+) and in a 2v2 fight against a druid and his mage buddy, and was hit no less than 6 times with moonfire in the span of maybe 15 seconds.

I find Cow Man druids like to root me and then have about 5 guys kill me. I'm thinking I need to stop trying to sneak up behind you guys when you are in front of IronForge.

Perhaps Cow Man Druids realize they are more useful disabling the opposition while healing rather than spamming nukes and burning mana on damage that other classes could conceivably do better.

Yeah I was gonna point out that moonfire and viper sting is a bad mana efficiency situation, but perhaps there was something to be said for massive damage spam.
