Mails between characters on the same account are now instantaneous

WoW patch 2.1.3 patch notes

GENERAL

Read in-game mail will now be kept for thirty days.
The warlock spell Incinerate has had the performance of its graphical spell effect improved.
The "Show Launcher" option has changed so that it now defaults to "On". Players will now see the launcher by default when running wow.

UI

Improved the performance of conditional macros, slightly increasing the framerate.
Fixed a crash bug triggered by many unit frame addons.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue with the movement of Archimonde's Doomfire.
Fixed the wand missle art on most shadow based wands to display the correct graphical effect.
Infinity blades will now despawn properly when the encounter with Kael'Thas resets after a wipe.
Gan'arg Underlings and Felhound Defenders are now properly classified as demons.

The orc shoulder thing already has a blue post saying its being looked into as a bug. I wish my shaman T4 shoulders were that small, they look terrible on Tauren.

Unless I totally missed the change in a prior micropatch, Merciless Gladiators Shoulders are now (or appear to be) 250 AP less than before.

As stated before, any mail going between characters on the same account is now instant, however, mail containing just gold going between characters on separate accounts now takes an hour, previously this was an instant transaction.

They're 1250 points now? If so, I feel gypped because I bought mine the minutes before the servers went down this morning. =(

Edit: Just checked the vendor on my server, they're still 1500.

What was broken about it? I've done the event, as have a few guildmates of mine, successfully several times in the past week.

That seems sort of ass backwards. Almost like they don't want folks having second accounts for conducting business.

Still good change though, means I can move my storage alt to the same account as myself and put the AH mule on the other account so I can watch it during raids.

They DON'T.

Most normal wow transactions where both parties are the same person happen inside of the same account, while most internal gold transactions (ie. between the farmer and the storage person) are done across separate accounts. The change makes perfect sense, it doesn't make anything harder except loaning someone money, but that was the intended effect anyway.

With all changes to ui in 2.2 it will require massive ptr testing... I think its alteast month before 2.2

Any macro that uses #show or its variations shows the "?" icon, not the icon (and cooldown) of the associated item or spell. This blue post says it won't be fixed until 2.2, either.

I think this can be fixed by re-creating your macros. I just changed my old macros from static icons to the ? icon and using #show today, they're all working as they should be.

This will make it significantly harder for gold farmers to launder.

Couldn't you just attach some worthless item to the mail? And it'd be instant again?

No because it is still to a seperate account.

To summarise, all mail to your own account is instant. Mail to another account with no attachments is instant. All mail to another account that has attached gold or items takes an hour.

The animation on blast wave (specifically the radial fire effect - the orange dust/smoke effect seems to fit to the larger original animation) is now smaller, and it bothers me greatly

I first read it as attack power too, but then I realized there aren't any shoulders with 250 AP in the game.
