Seriously though, it's a mediocre ring at best. The splash resists and such might maybe be a tiny bit useful in PvP or something, and the armor is ok for a druid bear, but it's really pretty bad.

Items are priced based on their usefulness in a raid setting (for example, Deep Earth Spaulders are actually a quite nice PvP item for a shaman, but they're 10 JP because they're inferior to blue shoulders if you disregard the +40 nature damage -- and shamans aren't exactly nuking on raids), and I can't imagine who would ever use that ring.
