That, plus Titan's grip becoming a 51 points single talent with no speed maluses, Rampage finally turned into a party buff giving +5% crit chance, a talent giving Mortal Strike effect to all melee attacks in Fury, Improved Slam moved to arms, and other candies in both Arms and Fury.
Is it christmas already?
Now I just hope for a similarly valuable revamp of the protection tree.

Does Lake Wintergrasp have any sort of balancing mechanic to account for faction disparity? Otherwise on servers with 3:1 ratio, like Argent Dawn-EU, the Horde can pretty much kiss the entire zone goodbye, like we currently see with the Outlands PvP objectives.

There's supposedly an "underdog" mechanic. Each time your side loses, you get bonus on vehicle acquisition. Eventually, your side can enter the fray and get insta free (or nearly so) vehicle, while the opposing side has to collect dozens of armor scrap/whatever to activate one. So, essentially, Alliance would labor as peons, while the Taurens ride the 4x4 humvee and go drive-by shooting. And the first alliance plane to lift gets shot by goblin ironman suits

Two new glyphs caught my eye:
Glyph of Fear - Increases the damage your Fear target can take before the Fear effect is removed by 20%.
Glyph of Frost Nova - Your Frost Nova targets can take an additional 20% damage before the Frost Nova effect automatically breaks.
As of now, I've always thought that there is a chance on breaking from damage, as I've been sometimes been gangbanged in AV and still had a fear lasting up to 8 seconds. Or sometimes the lock's first DoT tick kills the fear, as in a chance to break.
Are they going to add a value of how much a target can be damaged before the CC breaks off or are these just bad wordings?

Yes, they changed the chance mechanic into a set amount of damage. This applies to many CCs now. eg Fear, Nova, Freezing Trap, Maim, Entangling Roots, Hex, etc.

The standard UI now has a focus frame.
And if you target someone and right-click their portrait, you get an option "Set Focus".

They also added class colouring for health bars on name plates if you have them enabled. It also seems they intend on making Death Knight voices different.

Next thing you know, they'll work in a Darth Vader voice changer for the voice chat.

Now they just need to add in a proximo replacement and they'll have covered all the "required" arena mods.

I also noticed that you can now see all buff/debuff durations on all players, not just the ones you casted, even on the opposite faction. (disclaimer: pve server, haven't checked hostile flagged players)

This was the main reason why I used aloft and one of my biggest mods. If they allow us to adjust the size too, that'd be just perfect. I might switch even if it doesn't!

I can't help but notice that the blue PvP weapons:
http://static.mmo-champion.com/mmoc/...na_weapons.jpg (2h -> 169 DPS)
...appear to have significantly higher DPS than the level 80 Stratholme items:
http://static.mmo-champion.com/mmoc/...tstrath_14.jpg (2h -> 156.0 DPS)
Now, either these Stratholme blues are suboptimal for the level, or the the PvP items better than the average blue item. Or... there's a wider range in level 80 blue-quality items (perhaps more akin to the spread in ilvls across epic items). Or... there's just a mistake somewhere, and the PvP items are supposed to be epic or something. Who really knows.

Blizzard mentioned that Heroics will have a completely different loot table than normal instances. I presume this means a higher item level too, but it's very unlikely that the items will be epics, so they probably are blues with an increased item level.
I'm drawing the conclusion that the PvP items also belong to this "blue++" item level category.

Perhaps the release of those arena items will coincide with the start of S5, probably sometime after a majority of players hit L80 and are into heroics and the entry level raid.

I saw this screenshot of the new siege UI posted on the WoR forums: http://soulsociety.ch/wotlk/siegeUI.jpg
If I had to guess, I'd say that this UI behavior is going to be initiated for most all scenarios where you lose control of your character in order to control another one. They probably won't all have the "gnomish engineered" look :|

The Azjol instances are just a very small part of the underground empire, just as the Halls of Stone is a very small part of Ulduar.
|
Is that a hint that the rest of the zone might be patched in after release?

Sounds like there's a 25-man raid in the works (Ulduar is part of the T8 tier after Naxx.)

Actually, I hope they do add some more flavor to the textures of the frame. It was kind of odd to be flying a scourge dragon around while nuking ballistas and crusaders... and my control scheme looked like i was piloting something mechanical (from the DK starting zone, for example). Don't get me wrong, the new look is neat, and the way it affects your character portrait also is cool, but i'm hoping they don't make it universal even for "organic" modes of transportation and destruction.
However, the new targeting sphere thing was really, really cool, and if nothing else changes from the siege weapon interface that was worth getting. It's much easier to operate most of the machinery, etc now.

Is the focus frame movable or will you still need separate add-ons for that ability? (It would be nice if eventually the ability to unlock and move UI elements became part of the base UI.)

I didn't actually try moving the frame but right clicking it brings up the option "unlock frame" (or something to that effect, not sure on exact wording). I think it's safe to say it either is or is planned to be movable.

The focus frame UI does indeed have "Lock Frame Position" and "Unlock Frame" options, so you can move it wherever you like.

I got excited about this, as A-N would've been as awesome zone to see. Seriously, the ingame A-N instance is absolutely beautiful...
But I took the comment to mean that, just as Ulduar is very big but we only get to see a small part, A-N will be very big but we'll only see a small part. I'd still hope that they release A-N as a max-level "outdoor" zone along with the A-N raid, but I'm not holding my breath for it. It's pretty much the last zone I wanted to see cut from release, though...
