The 1 hour cooldown is interesting, I'm guessing its the cooldown on swapping glyphs?

Hasn't been mentioned yet, but Judgement of Wisdom has been nerfed from the scaling value based on the Judging Paladin's stats to a flat 2% of total mana per proc.
Unless your judging paladin was horrible it's a decently sized nerfbat, though it does fit with the trend of moving scaling values away from the people actually providing the buffs to people getting them. Not sure on JoL yet though.

so what does Judgement of Wisdom do now, without the ret talent? Return mana to everyone as it does now, but at a lower rate?
And if you do have the talent, does it do whatever that is, plus return mana to 10 raid members as described in the blue post?

Judgements of the Wise causes Judgement casts to proc the Replenishment buff on 10 raid members, restoring 0.5% of their maximum mana per second.
Judgement of Wisdom causes spell, ranged and melee hits against the target to restore 2% of the attacker's maximum mana (with a 4 second internal cooldown?)

Looks like Wind Shock got added to the shaman lineup, supposedly to both serve double duty as both a 'feint-esque' ability and a rank 1 earth shock replacement. Unfortunately, at 8% base mana, it's only a bit less than half the cost of a max rank earth shock which would probably hit for 1500ish. I'd still say it's a fair trade-off if it's off the global cooldown like other interrupt abilities.

Doing no damage and being an interrupt would point it to being off the GCD, since I believe every other interrupt ability was changed to do no damage and be off the GCD as well. The fact that their interrupt was the only one to deal damage (and significant amounts if not downranked) and thus need to stay on the would make Shaman's interrupt work entirely different than the rest. Thus, while Wind Shock can be seen as a replacement for Rank 1 Earth Shock, it's probably more about bringing it in line with other interrupts.
If it costs only half as much as Earth Shock though, it seems entirely too expensive compared to Kick & Shield Block. However, Counterspell is likely to go way up in mana (was basically free before since there was only one rank learned at a low level) as well, making mana-based interrupts expensive in the long run compared to their energy and rage equivalents. But given that those classes may have to give up some of their offensive potential to make them available on demand (like WS and CS) may be a reasonable trade-off in Blizzard's view.

To be fair, casters have to give up some of their offensive potential to make them available on demand too, albeit in a different way. If a mage is casting a fireball, and has to /stopcast 2 seconds in to counterspell.. he just gave up 2/3 a fireball's worth of damage, which is similair to a rogue holding back a little bit to keep energy free for a kick.
Sort of.
(eg. obviously doesn't apply if you're just jumping around spamming arcane blast like half the idiot mages in BGs, but then you're also nerfing your damage...)

It is a cooldow per glyph. If you've used a specific glyph, you can replace it instantly, but you can't put the same glyph back for one hour.
If the price on the real recipes (almost all glyphs have a placeholder recipe, only a couple of low level glyphs had their real reagents), then a glyph costs about a bit over a potion/elixir. And they stack. So glyphs are definitively "permanent consumables".

Cant say im overly happy with the achievements myself. Pretty sure most of them achievements will end up in the hands of the top 1-2 guilds on every realm which seems a little unfair. They need to add cool titles for tons more random stuff that people who are not decked in sunwell gear dont get a head start on or dont have a guild banks recourses for boosting.
not that i can think of any myself tho

I'd imagine there will be other titles as well. Notice the first couple of titles on that list were not limited quantity ones and were some cool (like raising those 3 reps from unfriendly to exalted). Much as I'd LOVE to have some of those titles I don't foresee myself being the first to do anything. I don't think its wrong to give a nice flavour reward to those who do though.

Out of curiosity, is there a table anywhere with approximately how much exp a full run through all the instances gives? It might be interesting to know for those who'd prefer to instance their way through to 80.

Even if they are working currently, they will almost certainly be changed in a similar way to for example Improved Shadowbolt or Expose Weakness, only affecting the caster.

I wonder if they'll check for account sharing on all server first to 80. I'd imagine people would pay a pretty significant sum to get unique titles.

There will be a number of titles available via Achievements that anyone can obtain, if they put in the time. For example, there will be an "Ambassador" title, for characters who are Exalted with all 5 of the starting cities on their side.

It's a shame that some of the really cool titles like Doctor and Archmage are going to be obtained by the "take a couple days off work/school and pull some all nighters" approach, but I guess that can't be helped.
I hope there are some more class specific titles in the future.

Blizzard discussed a few months ago having high-level players earn twink gear for their low level toons, so they could level up faster. This might be it.

I think the Achievements system, ultimately, caters to various sorts of gamers. It's really a great approach to help fulfill the thirsts for all players, from Hardcore to Casual, just in different ways, and the system lends itself to being highly renewable, with added Achievements for times when the existing content gets dull. There just have to be some Achievements that lend themselves to those who commit themselves to being at the front of all content. When that content is essentially going to be tuned down to be consumed by other players, this type of reward is pretty neat to see.

I would imagine, the strong possibility, of this mount becoming several things. As it is Legendary, and it is a Beetle, could it possibly gain the ability to fly?
Additionally, lore-wise, the Qiraji and the Nerubians are ancient, former relatives, manipulated by their respective Old Gods (C'thun and Yogg-Saron) into their more sentient and warrior like nations. There's the huge possibility that your Qiraji mount can manifest a Nerubian form. I searched for awhile today, to see if anyone had written more about this, but nothing seems to have surfaced yet.

I bet they'll make scrolls for enchants that they don't want going on the AH account bound. Then people will be able to enchant alts/mains with an enchanter on their account instead of having to find someone else to do it (which can be hard when it's a rare enchant). That's my guess, anyway.

Obvious account-wide items would be items that attune you for certain instances and such.
Onyxia's Neck, UBRS key, any keys for heroic dungeons, etc.
At least that's what they were mentioning in regards to account-wide stuff at Blizzcon.
