Lifebloom and other hots are periodic healing, not direct, other than the final tick for lifebloom.

And as far as the item, they should leave the effect as it is, but move the threshold to something like 75% or just move the check to when the spell lands, not after the heal applied.

slightly OT but since there seems to be some confusion about it: the final tick of lifebloom is actually a spell cast by the person the druid casts the lifebloom on, and doesnt get attributed to the druid in any way.

Well, it would still work if the Druid cast it on him/herself.

A paladin with it in our guild tested it on the PTR today and was saying it was fixed.

I've heard reports that it works off your spell crit value as well, so for a paladin it will crit very frequently

That is indeed good news that it's fixed/buffed. Nature's Guardian also causes the ability to proc, proving to be hilariously fun in duels and arena.
