I.E. have it drain 1800 mana instead of 3000. Based on my knowledge of game mechanics and having done Kazzak, I'd say no. But I'm not sure and didn't have epic SR back in the day for Kazzak. Perhaps someone could shine some light on that possibility.

You can resist Mark of Kaz'rogal but once applied the ticks are not resistable partially.
If you have crafted SR available to you, wear it, have people put their BT necks on, and mana-users should pot on cooldown and run out if they're going to explode. This boss seriously does not deserve having his thread bumped anymore.
