Just wondering how you guys ended up. I wish GS and GCR hadn't messed with our attempt. I watched your first attempt (dead of course) and then tried going to the side lines alive to watch the second. Kept getting ganked by GS so I just logged off.

Shail's correct.
I do believe it was the alliance trying to exploit the encounter that caused us some confusion during our first attempt. After a good cry over how mean and cruel the world is, we forgot all about the alliance and concentrated on a clean kill.

I would have preferred to do it without it too. Someone mentioned and people started doing it. And it's no excuse but we were just a pick up group that had formed in no more than 20 mins.

I'm not sure how many PG were there exactly. I think we only had about 6 and no more than 10 60s on at the time. I enjoyed tanking Azuregos, but sadly my healers died...
From what I could see you guys didn't seem to be doing anything that was much different from what we were doing during the fight. What did you do different from the first try that made a difference in taking the dragon down?

Last time i watched an EJ vs Azuregos fight was about a month ago and I'm sorry to say i watched as you blatantly exploited as well and even pulled Azuregos all the way to the graveyard as a group of Exordium and Strife sat back and watched as you killed her in this fassion. Although i was not there for this alliance attempt please step off the high horse granted EJ is a very skilled raiding guild i do not deny this, but don't criticize an alliance raid for something you yourselves are also guilty of.

GY zerging was an opportunistic aspect of the encounter. Logging out while dead to wipe mark of frost is a bug exploit.
And it's spelled f-a-s-h-i-o-n, you jackassed moron.

I think you misunderstand, Lysander.
Before the "Mark of Frost" was added to Azuregos, we had to do this because we typically engaged him with only 20-25 people, as we didn't have time to waste, as others would tag him and graveyard zerg rush if we didn't, thus we would never get his drops. I have a hard time even calling that an exploit, but if it was, then yes we did.
Postmark, we have never done this as a whole.

Correct, not only was it opportunistic, it was mandatory. 40 lobotomy patients could have defeated Azuregos, provided they got there first. Thus if we DIDNT GY zerg.. We didnt get the kill.
Currently if you graveyard zerg, youre exploiting as you did something to remove mark of frost.
So no, Lysander. While I appreciate your accusation its not as similar as you would like us to believe.

As I said I was not there to see what exploit you were talking about you never said that players were logging to remove a debuff all u said was it was very un-impressive watching us exploit. It is also very un-impressive watching a GY zerg which is just as much of an exploit IMO.
And as for my misspelling a word I will proof read my post from now on before posting on your forums was not aware the grammar Nazis were scouring your forums.

You consider walking from the graveyard to your corpse and resurrecting an exploit and I think that's just plain silly.

If you didn't know what exploit they were talking about then maybe you shouldn't have posted to accuse us of something we didn't do in the first place.

GEE WUBWUB WHO COULD YOU BE TALKING ABOUT?!?!?!
But yeah, we only did that because we had to, or else those 40 lobotomy patients could beat us to it and use that same strategy. Considering it wasn't considered an exploit and more of a strategy pre-patch, we had to do it. See how many times those 40 lobotomy patients have killed Azuregos post-patch? Let's see....yup, still haven't killed him.
