I've had some increased loading times issues myself, my fps seems good but it'd be sad if it wasn't with the computer I have. However load times went from like 3secs to 10secs, like it was on my old computer. It works fine when I turn off all addons, but it lags when I turn anything on, so it's a bit curious. Not game breaking tho so I'll leave at that for now, until I get pked out of a dungeon and work on it.
On another note, I really love the quest giver change, having leveled tons of chars, I know every quest, but every now and then, after 6hours of leveling, I'll forget to turn in something or take something, with this patch, you really have to try to miss quests. I also like the new heroic daily and the new badge rewards, really some good stuff there.
And a change I'm pretty sure I haven't seen in the previous posts, in BF, you can't skip the event leading to 2nd boss anymore by running into the last cage. You have to do it all, which somewhat raises the difficulty on the dungeon as a whole, and make it lasts a bit longer.

Me neither. I had it set at 55 yards as a nice middle distance to grab incoming players or mobs. It also made marking stuff easy, I could just tab through a group from a safe distance and hotkey the lucky charms (although I filled every newb hunter stereotype tabbing through mobs when my pet attack key was bound to `).
Maybe I can go find the suggestions forum and ask for something high enough to be useful but not so high that people can tab-target their Arena opponents.

It's about 80-100 yards in Blade's Edge.
60 yards tab range just makes game play so much more enjoyable compared to 35. 300 was insane in pve, loved it while it lasted. Shame the arena doors dont load fast enough sometimes so they had to nerf it. :p

Happening in BT also, we had a raid-wide FPS loss/lockup on Supremus last night. It temporarily dropped to about 1fps then completely locked up, and I had to alt f4 the game.

Or they could just limit tab targeting range in arenas only...

Wasent happening to everyone for us, I'll ask the people who didnt have the frame drops about the GFX/drivers.
Was abit amusing to see half our healers (including me) spend the entire evening looking directly away from the raid.

I always had the understanding that if a pet got the killing blow, you got MC'd anyway.
Has anyone else viewed this behaviour?

Been like that since 2.2.

Incorrect. Since 2.2, a pet killing Inner Demon would still result in you being MCd. Had it happen to a hunter 3 weeks ago.
If they fixed this in 2.3, it's a nice change.

It seems that your pet always counts as "you" now, when killing blow is counted. I did the Shartuul event while specced for rapid killing and had the Skyguard trinket equipped. Every time I killed a mob with any controlled demon, I got one or two "Immune" signs over my lying body. Checked combat log and it showed rapid killing and Skyguard cross procs were causing it.

I can also confirm the fps issues in Hyjal yesterday, that was at the same time painful and weird. In the Horde camp when lookign towards Thrall I had anywhere between 30 and 50 fps (I normally have 60 fps). When turning in the direction where the mobs come from (but without mobs yet) I had 18 fps. When the mobs were there I had 12 fps. However the game was still very smooth, I actually only checked the numbers (ctrl-R) because some persons in the raid complained. So I could confirm the decrease in fps, but I can't really say I noticed it myself. Apparently it was crippling for some of the raid members at least. We discussed possible addons issues and we had a mix of people using DBM/BigWigs, Outfitter/Itemrack, Bongos/Bartender. The only common addon seems to be ora2 (and even then I think some people are still using CTRaid in our raid, but can't confirm).
I think they made substantial changes to terrain in general (in particular near ZA it is obvious, I can see all the little details on all the little flowers, etc.) and maybe it affected performance in outdoors area.
Re: targetting in general I also noticed something weird yesterday night. We usually "tag" mobs in incoming waves in Hyjal by selecting them (and we can check with ora2 that we all have selected a different mob). That would still work fine, however when the mobs were getting closer at some point we would lose the target selection (as if pressing esc). I would say this happened in the 40-50 yards range. I would also have problems with tab-targetting although I can't explain what exactly, but I had to specifically click on a mob's nameplate to select them from time to time (linked to 'v' functionality), which certainly wasn't the case before - e.g. I would have 3 mobs in front of me and tab would cycle between only 2 of them.
Re: glinting herbs, I have not found anything that made sense so far. I was herbing in Zanagr this morning, only using track herbs the whole time, and I had glinting and non-glinting ones with only herbs in it. I have found no correlation between the glinting and the contents of the node. Also "indirect herbs" like glowcaps never seem to be sparkling.
One last change: the escort quest in skettis gives a choice of 3 unstable healing or 2 unstable mana potions. I thought it was 2 or 2 before.

Minor fishing change: Opening a Curious Crate no longer interrupts fishing.
Opening an Inscribed Scrollcase remains unchanged. It does not interrupt fishing.
Creating 1 Primal Water from motes remains unchanged. It does interrupt fishing.

Had the exact 100% same issue in Hyjal the other night, talk about a nightmare as a kiting Hunter. I disabled the new option for Hardware sound which seemed to help a bit or perhaps I was just thinking it was.

That is what he means, correct. However i find it quite an odd place to ask such a question. As far as i know, besides putting on your Sherlock Holmes Head while Armory searching there is not much you can do. That is, as far as i know at least.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the new change that allows you to see NPC/Players from a larger distance, implemented so you can see creatures while on your flying mount. This might lead to a unwanted FPS drop due to your game rendering mobs from the Scourge camp and Human Camp? Would explain why looking away from the entrance improves your FPS.

There was a response on the official US forums about the herb-sparkling, but it still doesn't make much sense.
WoW Forums -> Sparkling herbs?
Anything you can interact with now should have the "loot sparkles". Food crates, herbs, mining nodes, etc. It may be that some herbs are so small that the sparkleys just don't show up as prominently with the way the particle effect generates.
If it's related to the size of the herb nodes, it still doesn't explain why one node of a herb sparkles and another node of the exact same herb doesn't.

Well, +1 infraction but at least I didn't make an entire thread about it.
For some reason, at least on my server, Netherwing Ledge seems to have gone into hypermode in regards to the amount of herbs spawning there. Most of them are nether pollen bushes anyway. Anyone else notice this? Just running around booteranging peons I managed to herb 80 nether pollen.

Same thing happened to us, with each wave dead fps of the whole raid would drop lower and lower, with 5-8 fps after 8th(while looking at the spot where we aoe them). Thats why i think it has something to do with all the dead bodies, although they do despawn as one would expect.
Anetheron was a nightmare untill we found out that relog/reloadui helps.

I've noticed that all of the netherpollen respawns at the same time. I'll fly around looking for some, and it'll be all gone. A few minutes later, acres of the stuff.
I haven't bothered to figure out the respawn rate.

Two I've seen
Two things I have noticed:
During the chess event, the pieces have been changed from Pet action bars, to your own action bar (the pieces abilities show up in a new action bar over your old one). it's a nice change.
As well the Aether Rays in Ogri'la require much less damage before you can rope them. far fewer accidental deaths.

This was documented.
In general, possession effects now use your main hotbar for target abilities instead of a pet bar.
Mind Control, the demons in the Shartuul event, Battle Tonks, they should all behave like this now.
And let me tell you, seing how pet bars are so prone to taint issues, I applaud this change.
Being able to use your normal bar keybinds for the abilities is a nice extra as well.

Hyjal FPS is low because the dead corpses are staying cached in your system, thus your FPS decreasing as it goes on. This may have something to do with the new video settings (e.g. Ground Clutter Density). That is, the corpses are disappearing graphically but are still being drawn by the game.
You can fix this by reloading, either reloadui or alt+f4 and open a new client.
