Can confirm this new pathing weirdness for charge skills, I was able to successfully Feral Charge Al'ar on platform A/D approaching from the pink glass floor. I can't imagine they intend for it to behave this way.

It's been working like this since 2.2 as far as I can remember.

I noticed the same thing. I believe it was 2.2 that made the /dismount command client side (so theoretically instantaneous.) Only if my latency was exceptionally low (sub 100 when I normally sit around 200) it would try to cast the mount again right after I dismounted. With 2.3 it would behave this way all the time, regardless of latency. Putting the dismount command at the end fixed it and haven't had a problem since. It mounts and dismounts properly and doesn't try to remount if I dismount. For reference, here's what I use now. I'm sure it's not perfect but it works.

Fps issues in Hyjal seem to have been addressed, at least from what I can see from yesterday's raid. Fps during Azgalor trash was really horrible on Thursday, but fine on Sunday. I know the EU realms had a rolling restart this week-end (I think Saturday morning, maybe it was Sunday morning), might have been fixed at that point.
The druid thing (picking up herbs while flying) was introduced in 2.2 indeed, at first it's a bit difficult but with a bit of practice it's really easy. Still haven't found an explanation for the sparkling herbs, though.
And finally in the category of incidental changes, thanks to the blue ! on the mini-map, the prisoner in skettis is... much easier to find to say the least

It has improved, FPS in alliance camp is still bad when you look from where Jaina stands to the entrance where the waves come, but it's manageable.
I wouldn't think this issue could be resolved any other way than with a client patch, as it seems to be some sound/video issue. Who knows.

I hope that this is the right thread to ask since it is about a bug in a new 2.3 feature and neither the search function nor a manual research has given me any results regarding this topic.
Has anyone else experienced problems with the stacks / day limitation in the guild bank tabs?
We introduced a "free for all"-tab where everyone can put things in he/she does not need, like primals, pots, etc. Everyone has the right to withdraw 5 stacks / day, but some report not being able to withdraw anything at all after hitting the cap once, while others report that the number of allowed withdrawals is just incremented by 1 every night. When I manually raised the cap from 5 to 6 items, they could take one more item. Maybe this made them feel the incremental increase, so I can not say it for sure how it is handled, but it really seems like the withdrawal counter does not get reset.
Any confirmations of this bug or did I just understand something wrong? The fact that I did not read anything about it makes me wonder a bit...
Edit: Seems to be fixed by resetting the amount withdrawals again.

Frostbolts seem to be unable to trigger Judgement of Wisdom.
Based on the WWS of a Hyjal + BT until RoL clear, with 2 fire mages and 2 frost mages.

The guild control is still very buggy. While you are editing a rank, it will commonly revert to whatever the "0" rank is. If you don't notice it and save, that rank will be renamed to whatever the "0" rank was called, and none of the changes you made will be saved.
Also, I seem to be unable to change the withdraw amount for the "0" rank from anything besides 1000g, although I do not appear to have any withdraw limit.

Reclaimed is currently looking for 2 Mages, 2 Warlocks, and a Holy Priest who are Elitist Jerks just like the rest of our guild.

I found I can alt + click to buy a full stack of items sold in sets of five such as potion vials. I don't think I was able to do this before 2.3 but feel free to correct me.

Yeah, That room has serious pathing issues atm.
We had a warrior intercept Al'ar on the first platform on the left following a coil and the pathing ended up sending the warrior all the way around the room in a counter-clockwise direction. That intercept had to be at least 150 yrds.

Intercept and similar abilties have been changed to only check for "direct distance" and factors like cooldown, rage and line of sight. Which path the charge would take is not a limiting factor anymore.
I do not have any confirmation of that, but that is what I experienced in pvp and pve with a Level 40ish warrior.
Makes Blade Edge a pain in the ass.
Warrior Intervenes to healer from ground up to bridge. Intercepts from ground to pillar. Really really annoying.
I hope that is a bug and will be looked at...
Throwing warriors down the bridge with mindcontroll, when they just intercept back in a sec isn't fun.

This is some mod. I turned off all mods and I could set everything. I think it is the same mod that keeps turning on my pvp title.

Hortus posted a substantial 2.3.0 Known Issues list, that details issues that "will be fixed in upcoming patches". Some of the issues mentioned so far are listed there; presumably the list will grow as they verify these bugs and get more fixes into the pipeline.

-The Shaman Talent Call of Thunder (Rank 5) is giving 2% extra crit, while ranks 1-4 only give 1% crit.
That is an interesting bug, considering it has been like that for as long as I've played my shaman, and I think was like that pre tbc as well. I thought that was how the talent was designed.

As far as I remember it has been that way since release. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the site that has talent calculators for the early beta though.

On the PTR, mad alchemist pots merely had a high proc rate. It is now 100% proc rate. The buffs are intelligently chosen; as a warrior, I have not been getting any useless magic-oriented elixir buffs, only melee ones. I'm guessing it depends on class and thus hybrid classes will constantly get screwed. While no-one's going to use these to pot up for raids, the 100% proc rate and easy mats makes this OK for 5-man's.

trinket activation
Since 2.3 I'm able to activate two trinkets at the same time. In the case of my priest I can use both [Oshu'gun Relic] and [Vengeance of the Illidari] for a decent boost for +healing. Should be pretty great for resto druids. I couldn't find this in the patch notes or in the undocumented changes.

I apoligise if this has allready been said somewhere, but the warrior skill "Spell Reflect" has had its animation improved/fixed. Fixed in the sense that it does'nt appear on your left shoulder anymore, and improved in the sense that it's only visible for 1 second now, making it abit more pvp friendly.

Am I the only one getting the feeling they branched out from 2.1 to make 2.2 and 2.3 ? Some really old issues like the dual trinkets mentioned above was fixed quite a while back. I can also swear the skettis bombing quest targeting is a bit weird like it was a few patches back.

Been a while since I tried stacking trinkets, but I'm pretty certain this was possible pre 2.3 aswell. Cant say for this particular case, but most +heal (also '+xx dmg and +yy healing' trinkets) trinkets were stackable.

One little bug I found is that if you have the new mangle idol from heroic badge, the temp buff you get will overwrite agility scrolls buffs. Being a scroll freak(yay farming human mobs for hours), it's a tad annoying. Oh and it seems there's not many heroic dailies, ramparts BF UB and slave pens is all I saw I believe.

It's random and different realms have different random quest target instances.
The cooking quest is also different on the same day between realms (it could be the same of course, it's random)

I remember doing this on my resto shaman way back pre 2.1. I think the reason it works is that one of them is a pure-healing trinket, while the other is a damage/healing trinket. I don't think Oshu'gun will stack with Essence of the Martyr, nor Vengeance with say Xi'ri's Gift.

Hex Shrunken Head currently stacks with Icon of the Silver Crescent, and Tome of Diabolic Remedy stacks with other +heal trinkets. I don't have either myself but we've gotten both and the people who got them squealed with joy when they clicked them and found that they stacked, though I think you might have to click one or the other first (the ZA ones I think) in order for the shared cooldown not to activate. It seems to me like this is a bug but we'll see what happens.
