See my post above, and save your money. Fiery owns crusader, and its not even close. Crusader is extremely unreliable in my opinion, and if I had parses or logs it would definitely prove that point.
A few more questions:
Can the outland head/shoulder enchants be placed on white items and given to a low level? Was wondering because I am dying to put a glyph of ferocity on my druids or shamans head slot and see how much of a boost that would provide. If this was previously addressed I apologize, i have read the entire post but don't remember seeing this answered.

The Wowhead comments say the item becomes soulbound.

When I first started my shaman alt (pre 2.3) I leveled him to 20 elemental and then respecced to enhancement. Elemental was pretty money with even lousy caster gear (random -of the eagle greens). I found by the time mobs reached me I had them down to ~30% and a few melee attacks followed by an earthshock finished the job. That said, with the 2h weapon changes from 2.3, I have to imagine that the iron counterweight/haste enchant route has got to be superior for quickly grinding out 1-20. Leveling as enhancement 1-20 didn't make much sense w/ a 1h and shield, but being able to rock a 2h should make it much more efficient.

Has anyone mentioned dot'ing a big mob (of mobs) down with a downranked spell sufficient to bring them all to very low levels of hitpoints, then leaving party or the instance, allowing the lowbie to soak up nearly full xp?
Leaving the instance, AFAIK, with a final round of dots (you have to do this quickly, and you have to kite everything back to the entrance) allows the higher level to leave while the lowbie hides near enough to get full xp without being in aggro range.
(By, "do this quickly" I mean, "Use Seed of Corruption or something.")

If the lowbie did not have agro the mobs would just instantly reset? Even if it worked, the zoning would probably kill the deal.

I started a Pally alt last night, using some of the gear tactics discussed here. My comments:
Firery Enchant: I enchanted a L4 1h sword with Firery, and I'm simply amazed at its effectiveness. Firery proc's more than I expected. I HIGHLY recommend this tactic.
Cloth Pants / Clefthide Leg Armor: Another great choice. Just about doubled my L8 alt's hitpoints.
Shield Spike: Thorium Shield Spike on L4 white shield. It seems that I dont block enough for this to really help much at this level. I do get proc's, and virtually one-shotted some mobs with a lucky block+firery proc, but overall this tactic may be better suited to higher level alt's with more chance to block.
Haste on gloves: Another good choice. Haste, with Seal of the Crusader, really buffed my combat speed.
I picked up a Blood Elf Bandit Mask, and hope to affix a Libram of Rapidity, but I'm having problems finding the Blood of Hero's. Depending on how far I get with my alt tonight, I may skip this part.
I also enchanted some white bracer's and boots with +stamina enchants. Not as large of an impact as the pants+clefthide. I may slap runspeed on the boots tonight.
Overall, 'twinking' out my low level alt shaved hours off of my time to level. I plan on keeping the white Firery sword until I can pick up a good blue BoE 2h.

I have a level 8'ish Druid alt, that I'd like to power level to 70 asap.
Am I right in saying weapon enchants with proc effects (fiery and crusader basically) won't proc in cat\bear form? Should
I just smack some agi\AP enchants on some white items, and an Iron counterweight on my weapon? Do any proc effects work in forms?
Considering doing the "Seed\Dot every mob - run out - collect XP" tactic through stockades etc once she hits level 15.

I want to, just a pain to start and I don't have a lot of time right now. If someone wants to help compile the info, I'll edit the original post to include it for sure. Just get me an outline to get started and I can start filling in the rest.

Question about the Bandit Mask. I've never rolled a draeni, and hardly played alliance at all (highest I think I ever got was a lvl 20 dwarf in beta). How does horde get to the Draeni starting area to try to get one of these? I saw the map and notes about where he spawns, but have not found a guide saying how to get there. There's a boat from feralas right? Is it like our new zeppelins though, and has hostile guards on it? If so, is there another way to get there or what?
Have not had any luck seeing one on the AH, and I don't know if I'd be willing to work over a bunch of money for it. I'd actually like to go try my hand at farming them and see if I can sell some on the AH for people getting twink gear. I saw someone advertising in trade they wanted to buy one for 50g the other day, no idea if that's a low or high price.
Also, was trying to decide between 70armor and +defense enchant for my alt's cloak and wasn't sure what to do. If defense rating scales as well as the other ratings at low levels, that could be a huge defensive boost.

Horde side here: I took the easy way out and paid 25g for one at the AH. You might look at the cross-faction AH's, perhaps one might be for sale there.
I'd rather spend 25-40g then spend several hours farming one, from a cost/time perspective, I can farm enough gold to buy one in half the time it would take to farm it myself.

Well, I don't have any experience farming it, but according to some of the notes on WoWhead, if you figure out the tricks about where he spawns, you can farm them pretty quickly. If you have 2-3 people, it goes by even quicker (he is like the escort guy in Skettis. He is always spawned in one of X spots, if you can have people watching all the spots, can farm him quickly due to nearly instant respawn).

To get to Azuremyst Isle you need to take the boat in Auberdine, Darkshore (the middle one, left goes to Wetlands and right to Darnassus). It has guards. It is the only way to get to the Draenei Area, unless you can take the portal in Shattrath.
The boat in Feralas just takes you to the Alliance quest hub in that zone ;-)

So, how do you take the boat with guards on it if you aren't a stealth class? Is there a spot you can get on that you don't aggro?

Unless you're low level, guards shouldn't be an issue really. It's been some time since I ran around capitals with my 70, but last time I was there, you could outrun most stuff on mount, and when you reach the boat, I believe npcs stop following. They added crap on the boat tho, so maybe it's harder to do now. It's important to note that while the bandit mask+haste is good, haste loses a LOT of power between 10 and 20. It'd help on the way there, but it's really not necessary if you buff the rest.
I just leveled a new warrior to 18 in a few hours, I had haste enchant on gloves, speed on boots for the running around, pants with cobrahide kit(the blue one, I was too cheap to spend 450g) and 2 counterweighted weapons(lvl 2 and lvl 10). At 15, I used my main to run my newb thru the Dar'khan questline in ghostlands, it's rather fast, and gives a lvl 20ish blue 2handed weap, which is better than a 10white counterweighted weap. I'm keeping it like that until 20, when I get one of the new blue weaps in shadowfangkeep(21dps and 20-30ap stuff, awesome lvl20 weaps), which I'll enchant with fiery.
Some of the new blue gear in low level instances is pretty insane tho. I got some lvl 15shoulders off the first named in SFK(the one near the cages, that's like 3pulls from entrance), with +8agi on them.

I have a warrior twink and use my Arc Mage to level him. The mage has about 1200 spell dmg so arcane explosions kill all SM mobs quickly. Problem is the level 37 war is only getting a bubble exp per armory run. Any tips to speed up leveling? I just af the war to the mage and ae then drink... grab 10 more ae then drink. Clear the instance and start over.
One tip I did learn is that I use two instances of Wow on same comp. Have mage af on war and then have a program copy keystrokes from both wow instances. This way when I quest with war I just press a mouse button and the mage arcane explosions right next to warrior. Press another mouse button and the mage drinks. Very handy to get quests done quickly especially kill quests.

I think Cartographer or one of the other mods with map information has spawn points on Blood of Heroes marked. You can also try the map at Blood of Heroes - Objects - World of Warcraft.

I put a mithril on a level 5 item. Pretty sure theres no level limit, I would have used a better one but I'm cheap.
More random thoughts:
I'm wondering if crusader got nerfed when they changed it to a 35+ chant and back again. Been talking to people who love the chant and they all tell me my experiences aren't how it works post 35. Going to bite the bullet when I get a decent 35+ weapon and try it again. I do know that as it stands now low level weapons with crusader aren't very good.
Twinking a hunter, what is the best scope to put on my gun? Straight damage or crit (I'm thinking damage for the reliability issue)?. I'm thinking that a khorium scope would be pretty powerful attached to a rough boomstick at level 5. not sure that the eternium scope would be as good a choice since crits fairly low at those levels.

Nope. Since I was not sure of the benefit of a shield spike, I passed on the Felsteel version. Glad I did, the Thorium is nice, but upgrading to Felsteel would have been a waste of gold.

I have to ask a question/s regarding how your "instance farm" Because, I have tried the whole "drag-your-alt-through stocks-thing" I have found it quite lackluster but maybe im doing something wrong.
1) Do you HAVE to have a full group of similar lvls to yours (ie. 1x lvl 70 4x lvl15-20's) i know this would ideally give you group exp, but is it a MUST?
2) Does your High lvl have to run out of the instance before the mobs die or does that just increase exp dramatically? (Im using a mage so..no dots wont work i dont think)
3) When you say you lvl up your alt in x amount of hours i assume its over a few days because of the 5 reset limit or am i missing something.
I basically just chuck my alt on follow and aoe the area...
Id like to make it work but it just doesnt seem to be Great.. anything i am obviously missing please let me know.
My 2 bobs worth - between level 1 and 15 i found having the extra stam from the 25sp dmg & 15stam patch (on legs) much more helpful than the actuall spell dmg. (im lvling a lock)
I assume because of the spell co-effecients the spell dmg is only Really noticably on the dots, not so much on shorter spells Although im noticing as i lvl i seem to be getting increased usage of that 25sp dmg.
Im using a mod called quest helper, it tracks a line between all your quests telling you the quickest way to chain quest the bunch of quests you currently have (its really helpful!!!)
Although i have this great questing Mod i still find that i cant make up my mind where to go at what lvl's to minimise travel time while maximising quest Exp in each area eg. not doing 18-19 in y area then 20-21 in x area...and so on. Im compiling a list of ideal areas to quest, trying to avoid horde heavy areas. does anyone have anything like that they can share?
Hope i helped a bit and hope to maybe clarify a few things (atleast to myself)

[retarded stuff because I can't read, my bad Xaviera]
Bigwhil, about how to instance farm with a 70, if you don't exit instances, it's pretty much not worth doing over quest stacking, besides the mandatory run for quests(which gives a ton of xp). If you exit the instance before the mob dies with dots on them, it gives the whole xp to the chars still inside that are close enough. Which is the same as killing 6-10levels higher elites, so that's obviously a lot of xp. I don't really like it tho, because you spend so much time running around, so I'm just going to quest. On a side note, it works very well with my resto druid.

The OP kinda did note that he didn't care about leveling guides, and that wasn't what the thread was about, but rather, about "tricks". Like specific ways to twink that greatly increase leveling speed, or quest/instances that give massive experience/time, or have loopholes you can use to speed them up. Not to mention, the leveling guide you suggested is for horde, and the one the person linked that you replied to, was for alliance...
