Most valuable potion for a MT in MC

Gathering time is very limited so what would you take of you could only have a stack of one of these? Or what other potion would you choose?

Don't the first two require fish as reagents?

If fishing wasn't so mind numbingly boring I could see making a bunch of the first two.

Considerably less boring than healing for no talent bums in UBRS or Strat, some of us have less attractive gametime options available to us than Lord beef!

I make a great many of those, as there is never a short supply of pathetic raid groups from which to choose.

I am almost always fishing while I wait for a group/raid to take shape. And in certain circumstances I can get my girl friends kids to fish for me :P
