I love the idea of the outdoor pvp things, but the psychology of them is effed. The only one you see (at least on my server) used ever is Halaa, and that's generally just because a couple of Horde decided they want something off the vendor and got together a zerg to go take it.

Of course, it's only a matter of time before Alliance show up with double or more of our numbers and zergs us out of there. It's been said a million times, but on many servers (particularly PvE servers, seems like) outdoor pvp will never ever work unless they do something about factional imbalance. I know everyone loves the organic nature of outdoor pvp, but it doesn't take long to give up on it when literally every time you try to do something you're swarmed under by double your numbers within the hour.
