The statue has been built on the PTR. Now to find a crazy exalted person to settle the question.
Only daily progression quest that still needs to be done for the city is unlocking the Alchemist.

Also, if a guild leader can successfully motivate their guild to include "Sunwell trash runs" as part of their raid schedule instead of actual progression raids, they probably deserve the few trash epics they're likely to get. I doubt people trying to PuG the Sunwell trash will be able to find enough competent, non-Kara geared, motivated people to successfully kill entire pulls without breaking up immediately after the first wipe. If someone is able to put up with a PuG through Sunwell trash without going temporarily insane, they probably deserve the loot as well.

PTR Sunwell Plateau tonight was the following experience for us, in case anyone is interested in its state. No trash and no Kalecgos. Trash from Kalecgos to Brutallus. Brutallus died immediately after his event finished and despawned right away (do GM's deathtouch w/ out telling you? We assumed it is just bugged that way). We were able to try the Felmyst fight, however, he despawned after about 30 seconds in the air. He would respawn as normal and we could pull again, but whenever we got through to him taking off, he'd do his thing and then despawn.

PSA I have an instance on Alliance PVP PTR with multiple Flaskataurs spawned. If you want to use them to buy flasks/ironshields/destro pots/soul shards/etc, PM invite to XL. They're spawned by Brut/Felmyst.
Edit: I'll be here for about 30mins, then it's whenever my char goes offline.

Apologies for the off-topic post, but what addon shows that small window with key debuff status (probably of your target)?

It was listed on mmo-champion less than an hour after the changes went live on PTR servers.
New PTR Build - Changes list got screenshots of all the stats for all classes and specs.

Didn't notice any bugs on the Felmyst fight. Most of the guild agree that the fight is very well tuned now for it's place in the instance.
Edited for clarification.

Thanks for the update that nobody asked for.
Anyway, has anyone else noticed wonky behavior with Felmyst? Such as people getting hit by one of his abilities even though they're very far away(20+ yards) from its area of effect.

What we did experience was abilites being cast simultaneously which I'm not sure is intended or not. We had mixed results with the one you are mentioning but we put it down to people not reacting fast enough. I will check tonight if we experience anything similar.

We did have this happen. I think we just chalked it up to the whole "Illidans Eye Beam is a little bigger than the graphic" kind of things, but it could be a bug. It certainly didn't seem like 20 yards or more, for us at least.
We also noticed a bug when some people die they are teleported off to the edge of the map (out of the playable area in the fire).

Crosspostin this from the Warlock thread, Eyonix sorta confirmed that the Life Tap was changed intentionally to 16%.
WoW Forums -> Imp Lifetap Changed??
And excuse me, I'll go and continue crying in the corner ;/
EDIT:
OMFG, IT WAS A ****ING PVP NERF:

And later in the same post, a direct confirmation of why this change was made, since we were having some debate about that:

I find it odd that they want players to be able to game a better effect by having a lower stat. Time to ask for them to take the stamina back off our T6.

Not only is it odd, it's very counter intuitive to be more effective with less stats.
I'm just gonna jump on the "omg stupid change" bandwagon.

I've been thinking for a while that the Arena was a big, big mistake and Blizzard seems to be comfirming my thoughts with every passing patch. They're doing nothing but brewing a huge shitstorm with this.
I'm seriously hoping that they see the idiocy in this change or redesign our gear like they did to Retadins.

It also encourages them to lower a stat that's pretty crucial for survival in endgame content.
As a raid leader in BT who's constantly yelling at people to get more stamina, I kind of appreciated the fact that I really didn't have to worry about the warlocks.

How exactly are you more effective with less stats? You gain more Mana per Tap with more int. Sure, you spend more Health per Tap with more sta but what is the game breaking problem with it?
In a raid the healers have to heal you for more after a Life Tap with increased sta, but didn't they overheal you anyway with a HoT? So you and your healers don't lose anything, but you gain the benefit of sta, better survivability.
In solo play, after a Life Tap with more sta, you will have the same realtive Health and more absolute Health than with less sta. The decreased Mana per Health is only noticable if you chain pull for a very long time and have to use more Drain Life.
Sure in PVP it is a noticable nerf, but that was the intend.
Do we really need to have more than 10 pages of whining about a little less effective Mana per Health, which is negligible most of the time?

Speaking for myself, it'd mean my warlock retires and my hunter steps up to fill that niche in my gameplay. (I try to keep one tank, one healer, and one DPS in my "stable", and my warlock has been my main DPS character. But my hunter is 70 already too...)
