The new patch added marks of the Illidari versions of Flask of Pure Death and Binding Light, they also now work in Sunwell.

They also aren't soulbound at the moment.
I didn't notice this feature in any patch notes or previously, but a popup box came up when I bought the Nether Vortex asking if I was sure I wanted to make the purchase.

The T6 Hunter bracers had the 22 haste rating changed into 22 crit rating
Resilience now affects mana drains according to the tooltip too.

Whoa, that's quite interesting. I wonder if the reduction will be significant enough to dissuade paladins from wearing a bunch of PvE gear in 5v5.

That would be nice if they added to all the "no sell back mistakes" vendors.
Has anyone checked if the box shows up for Arena or honor gear?

No, but the box does show when purchasing Shattrath flasks. Though I did notice something odd. I had 5 marks of the illidari when I transferred my character. I bought one Supreme Power flask and got the confirmation dialogue. However, I then shift-clicked in order to buy the remaining 4 flasks at once, and did not get a dialogue box.

Tested and confirmed to reduce the amount of mana burned by Mana Burn by 25% at capped resilience.

Just checked Arena gear (S2 that is, S3 is not active on PTR):

Whoa, did not see this.
That will be an interesting change if it is actually intended. Upgrading my goggles to T6 - and leveling engineering for my lock to get his - just got one hell of a lot more appealing.
I think that Vortexes in particular should have long ago been available by other means/transferable but better late than never. Especially if the "upgradable" blacksmith weapon or the engineering equipment are going to carry over into Wrath instead of starting over with a new "base" equipment.

Wow, this might have quite a big impact on PvP teams :o. Not to mention 2o2 Druid - Hunter.

Really doubt that, it would be like asking for lava cores or elementium to upgrade from arcanite reaper to tier 1 bs axe. Now all they have to do is add a tier 2 tailoring / lw that upgrades with vortexes.

Just checked with Coilfang Armaments and Cenarion Mana/Healing Salves. The dialog box popped up then as well. I assume it's for any purchase that uses anything that's not gold.

Could you edit your post to reflect how this is changed from live please?
Edit:
Live Holy shock: Holy Shock - Spells - World of Warcraft
Holy Shock Rank 5
435 Mana 20 yd range
Instant cast 15 sec cooldown
Blasts the target with Holy energy, causing 530 to 574 Holy damage to an enemy, or 530 to 574 healing to an ally.

Dogma also claims that God has a sense of humor and at times presents Him as a joker of sorts, thus again lowering Him to human level. While I am certain God has a "sense of humor" since He gave it to us, I find it most difficult to believe He finds humor in sin since He will cast the unforgiven sinner into the lake of fire for eternity. Not very funny at all.

I just double checked this change. Here's a quick pair of numbers I got using the same gear on both live and ptr.
Live - ~1300 healing non-crit.
PTR - ~1820 healing non-crit.
A buff is a buff, I suppose.

Current max rank is 530-574 Damage and Healing. Seems like a significant buff.

i justed did some tests with holy shock on ptr.
it seams it isnt just made stronger, it is also affected by blessing of light now.
with bol blessed my holy shock crits do around 50 heal more.
My shock crit for about 2.8k @ 2.2k +heal selfbuffed (blessing of light) and 3k with zul'aman trinket popped.
and there is a bug that my divine favor isn't consumed by a crit holy shock, so everytime i holy shock i crit ^^
EDIT:
i'm not sure if bol realy affects holy shock now. maybe someone else can test around with it too ^^
