In the most recent PTR patch:
-Orc and Tauren inns now have unique background music.
-Updated all the base character models, haven't quite figured out why yet.
New Crafted Items:
"Figurine - Seaspray Albatross" (8 Eternium Bars, 2 Seaspray Emerald, 8 Primal Mana)
Use:Restores 1000 mana over 29 Seconds and Summons a Seaspray Albatross
"Figurine - Empyrean Tortoise" (8 Khorium Bars,2 Empyrean Sapphire, 6 Dawnstone)
Use:Gives 164 Dodge Rating for 18 Seconds and Summons a Empyrean Tortoise
"Figurine - Khorium Boar" (8 Khorium Bars, 2 Pyrestone, 8 Primal Earth)
Chance On hit: Summon the Khorium Boar to fight for you for 30 sec.
"Figurine - Crimson Serpent" (8 Eternium Bars, 2 Crimson Spinels, 8 Primal Fire)
Equip: +13 Damage and Healing
Use: Gives 135 Damage and Healing for 18 seconds and Summons a Crimson Serpent
"Figurine - Shadowsong Panther" (4 Hardened Adamantite Bar, 2 Shadowsong Amethyst, 8 Primal Shadow)
Equip: +99 Attack Power
Use: Gives 124 Attack Power for 8 seconds and Summons a Shadowsong Panther.

The placeholder statements of Kael'thas in the 5 man have been replaced by actual statements.
Also the magic dampening field (from the mage-guard trash) animation is far more distinct.
While talking about the 5 man, is it me or does it seem particularly difficult for a 5 man for people in blues/kara epics (ie people who actually need the drops), specifically kael'thas. With how hard the dot hits, I don't see how its realistically possible for a healer to keep everyone up (paladin in particular)

Took me a while to see the difference there, shame they've gone so far as to give a useless bonus. I can't remember the last time i cast a non-swifted healing touch.
Was also saddened not to see the wisdom flask would go in with the pure death etc. flasks after the recent intellect buff.

My Holy shocks with and without BoL were only about 13 healing apart, so i would say its not effected by BoL.

Besides holy shock being a rather deep talent, not proactive like pw:s and having a pretty long cooldown (where pw:s is just target bound cooldown).
But you'r not a paladin so you couldnt know. Better to move the holy shock discussion to the healadin topic.

4-piece Paladin healing bonus for PvP sets was changed. It was "Reduces the cooldown on your Hammer of Justice by 10 seconds." It is now:

-- Druid Resto 4 piece Arena/PVP set bonus changed from +15% outdoor movement speed, to "The casting time on your Healing Touch spell is reduced by 0.25 sec."
-- Druid Balance 4 piece Arena/PVP set bonus changed from +15% outdoor movement speed, to "Your Wrath casts have a chance to reduce the cast time on your next Starfire by 1.5 sec." The new reputation-based set has "Your next Starfire takes 1.5 fewer sec. to cast." as the 4 piece set bonus, no idea why they're different.

Add to that, ele set bonus is only 50% pushback resistance from 70%. Enhance is unchanged, unkown about resto.

Resto is still "Reduces the CD of Grounding Totem by 1.5 seconds".

It also doesn't have a cast time or a cooldown, and a Warlock is a much less attractive target to attack than a Priest.

Without wanting to spoil the fight for anyone, I just came of my first complete normal run, with a t6 holy paladin, shadowpriest, feral druid, and blue/kara mage/hunter. It was not easy, and the paladin felt powerless. 5 wipes and then a lot, lot of cross healing eventually killed him with 3 people alive.
