From the PTR notes: WoW -> Test Realm Patch Notes

# Players will no longer require an attunement quest to enter Hyjal.
# Players will no longer require an attunement quest to enter the Black Temple.
# Players who have completed the attunement quests for Black Temple and Hyjal will be granted the title of “Hand of A’dal”.

Let's discuss this main change here?

The Mt. Hyjal rep ring and the Black Temple teleport necklace to go with that title!

I think most people were expecting something along these lines. And I guess we'll finally find out just how easy the MH/BT early bosses are without Kael to block everyone. I guess the other question there is if it will be possible to skip the T5 instances entirely and do BT/MH with season 3 gear.
