For modules that support a custom rotation or priority queue, I'd really love to be able to tie the rotation to a specific talent spec. It would make comparing warlock gear/talent sets much easier.

Astrylian I can't find a way of choosing to equip a green for building resistance sets, I remember being able to do this in old version as building my resistance set for tanking Hydross was one of the things which pushed me to try Rawr in the first place. It was also very handy for Illidan too.
I have just recently started playing with RAWR(2.2.24) and I am getting some bizarre results. I have 2 queries
1) How do I just select "any enchants" for all slots, rather than having to enable each one with the green diamond?
2) More importantly, RAWR seems to be ignoring the 263 hit cap and suggesting a gear setup that has really low hit rating. It's set to "boss". I hoped that in "optimise" it would let me set a minimum value of 263, but no option there.
1) You don't. You just mark the enchants you have available, which I'm pretty sure are not all enchants. It doesn't take long. Loading from the Armory, the currently used enchants are marked available already.
2) If you optimize for DPS, it will optimize for DPS. That doesn't necessarily mean hit capped. Rawr doesn't particularly care about hit rating; it actually cares about hit% (including from rating, and other sources), and that effect on DPS.
Recent Changes:
v2.2.25.0
- Rawr.Enhance: Many Updates to GCD interaction with ability usage to improve accuracy of the module.
- Rawr.DPSWarr: Using Bladestorm will no longer eat all your GCDs in low rage settings. Offhand weapon enchants will no longer use your Mainhand weapon's speed for their uptime calculations.
- Rawr.Tree: Added a replenishment buff checkbox in the buffs tab (previously, this was assumed "on" all the time). Added a slider to allow users to define how much time they cast vs not cast.
- Rawr.TankDK: Fixed multiple issues with the value of hit, implemented caps and floors for avoidance stats. T9 set bonus should now be properly modeled.
- Rawr.Elemental: Added support for multiple targets and player latency.
- Rawr.Hunter: Chimera Shot's damage should now be calculated correctly, as should Wild Quiver. Fixed handleing of the 2pT9 bonus and various trinkets. Pets should regen focus at the correct rate now and their Kill Command should hit for the correct damage. Auto Shot should now be properly affected by haste. Steady Shot should now scale correctly. Cosmetic Work on the Options Panel made. Overall, there have been a large amount of changes to Rawr.Hunter, so please be sure to report any bugs you encounter on our site.
- Rawr.Rogue: T9 Set bonus should now be modeled correctly. Mutilate and Envenom should now do the proper amount of damage.
After a discussion on the german druid forum: is in RAWR 2.24 an option for activating the demoralizing roar/shout AP-reduction?. Right now, I cant find anything (and talenting / untalenting the talent 5/5 Feral Aggression does not seem to have an effect upon my overall/survical/mitigation score.
No, AP reductions are not modeled. I'll try to get that in in a future version. In the meantime, I'd highly recommend not doing that, as everything I've ever seen shows that it's a terrible use of talent points, and it's always better for any other person in the raid who can do it to do it.
Also, FYI, v2.2.26 had a terrible bug with calculations for Enhance... I'll be releasing a new version later tonight to fix that. Sorry about that, Enhance Shammies.
Recent Changes:
v2.2.27.0
- Rawr.Hunter: Fix for a crash with Dwarves/Trolls.
- Rawr.Enhance: Fix for major bug with Windfury calculations from yesterday's builds. Fix for fire totem damage.
- Rawr.Rogue: Fix for a crash with Deadly Poisons.
Note to Hunter users: LOTS and LOTS of changes so anything you see that seems really weird please post it (like Drizz has been) but be sure to follow the Posting Guidelines. You will no longer see the near-exact outputs of the Hunter spreadsheets but instead it is now taking advantage of the options available to Rawr in how it handles trinkets, calculates ratings conversions, etc. In essence, we have changed it from a Spreadsheet output to a Rawr Model.
I'll be handling maintenance of the model until we get a new full-time Hunter Dev since Iamcal went afk a while ago. I'll be working to improve the rotation handling (it doesn't allow for partial activates so Talent values can be skewed) as well as making more more of the recent options like the Boss Handler available to Hunter.

At least for the moonkin module would there be a way to show spell cast times at least under natures grace but more importantly to include the spell queueing turning off if a spell drops below 1 second cast time?

Currently, it does "disable" spell queuing if you go under the GCD. As for showing spell cast times, I'm still contemplating the rework of the user interface.
One feature which would be fantastic is if you could add a filter to the Upgrade List, like you've recently added to the "main page" for searching for gear.
This would allow you to use one complete upgrade list, but filter it depending on what raid you were running that night or what badge you were planning on spending.
That being said I love RAWR and use it constantly... Great work!
The Build Upgrade List respects the filters in place on the Comparisons chart. In other words, when you hit Build Upgrade List, it only attempts to check the items that currently show with the enabled filters.
Thanks for the info. Actually I do realize that and have used that feature. But my suggestion would allow you to have one "master" list which you could then quickly filter on an as needed basis dependin on your circumstance. As opposed to saving multiple lists for all instances and badge purchase options, which would all need to be re-run every time you received an upgrade.
By no means do I think this is an absolute neccesity. But it would be a nice feature which would arguably provide a benefit to many players I would think. Just an idea for an upgrade in future releases. I appreciate the response.
Kind of an offbeat idea for a feature in the optimizer, I don't know how difficult it would be to implement, but how about adding in Trophy of the Crusade, Regalia of the Grand Protector/Vanquisher/Conqueror as options available to the optimizer?
With the current token system allowing these tokens to be turned in for any of the armor slots can make the upgrade analysis a step more involved, usually involving marking one armor piece available, optimizing, then repeating with different armor pieces selected. Took quite a bit of tinkering the time I actually had 2 trophies from a single evening's raiding, being able to fill a field saying I had 2 of them then run optimizer would have smoothed that out, though tinkering with Rawr configs can be an enjoyable diversion anyway.
Or even further to the brainstorm, populate your emblem count and optimize.
I admit this is as much caused by a slow workday as me sorting through upgrade options using my large emblem backlog to boost my offset bear gear.
Though the slight change to how tier gear is handled in Icecrown may make that moot.
