The Flask of the Frost Wyrm mixology buff is registering as 37 health rather than 37 spell power which is what it should be.

Oops, wonder how I screwed that up. I'll get that fixed. I'll post a new BuffCache.XML to fix that soon.

I tend to like to have as few duplicates as possible, and rather than manually go through and delete all duplicates I generally delete the item cache and used "Reload all WotLK items from WoWhead", but this option is no longer available, and the "Update item cache..." does not seem to function with an empty one.

No, there's no way to do that anymore (that relied on a static built-in list of items which was outdated). I suggest you use the default itemcache, and use Tools>Set Default Gems...

Thank you for the much needed 3.08-Update. Just for your information: the armor cloaks and armor weapons of the burning crusade still have "base armor" which is multiplied by RAWR and not "bonus armor" which should be static armor. Braxxis Staff of Slumber and the Gilded Thorium Cloak are listed as #1 in their sections. ;-)

Is someone working on a dps warrior module?
I would love to see something like the recent posted dps sim in the warrior forum in rawr.

BC items > LK items ?
Hi, v2.1.5 show me that all old Fealtank items, like Cloak and Rings are better than the new.
I think this items only atop of the list, because of their armor which is not split in Base- and Bonusarmor.

Ok, this is probably an utter noob question, but when I soft-cap Survival points, what exactly am I soft-capping it to? I have to confess I don't know exactly how Survival points are calculated and while I trust Rawr, I'd prefer to at least have a mild idea of how I'm using it, as I imagine this soft cap will need some increasing done with harder content and such.
edit:
Another thing for the kitty DPS module. I noticed the Darkmoon Card: Greatness was done, but there's a mistake. The DM card proc depends on which is the highest stat (out of STR/AGI/SPI/INT), not the static stat on the card. For kitty, there are currently two cards, one that gives 180 AGI and another that gives 180 STR. The second is pretty much impossible, as Agility is so much more plentiful on items (my own case is 1185 Agility vs 321 Strength without the card, buffs won't change which is higher) so it would actually be a 90 Agility, 90 Strength card

Well, the solution to this problem is really simple. Just duplicate one of the cards and set agility and strength to 90.

Aye I know, not like I need it anyway as I got the Agility card for tanking and I sure as hell ain't gonna collect another deck for the Strength version (is it even possible? could say quest done), was just saying
Another thing for the Bear module, we can sort items by Mitigation/Survival/Threat/Overall. Would it be possible to simply remove the Overall option and make it possible to select multiple options out of miti/surv/threat. That way if we want Overall, we just click all 3 and they're added, but we can also sort items by Mitigation+Survival or any other combination. Just thought of it while looking at the main hand choices, Journey's End is showing as the second best staff, largely in part (and surpassing other, imo superior, staves because of it) of it's huge threat bonus.

I am noticing same issue with lvl 70 items from TBC staves, cloaks, rings. Is this really going to be the case that a lvl 76 staff is best in slot? Are those base armor numbers really going to get the multiplier, thus making them superior to epic WoLK staves? It is very hard to believe this is Blizzard's intention for Druid Tanks.
I wouldn't be surprised if the base armor on those staves is changed to bonus armor like the higher end WoLK staves, and same thing on the rings and cloaks.
I have been playing only two years, so I don't have the history of such issues going back to when TBC first came out. Is this odd kind of gear ranking something that has occured before?

I can't seem to get [Enchanted Tear] to show up in gem list. If I edit items and filter for the name I can find it, but not in the gem selection list.
I'm having trouble getting the "Override Regem" option in the optimizer to work. It always changes my gems anyway. I'd love a way to only allow certain items to change gems, but not others (though I'm sure that would be difficult).
There seems to be a display bug where certain enchants are not centered in the box where the text is shown. It might have some sort of line wrapping occurring.
The bear miss cap is also still set to 9%.

BC Items with Armor - Oops. I had BC items filtered out when I went through and refreshed all the items with armor on them that shouldn't anymore. You can just right click, Refresh from Wowhead on those items, to fix them, until I release a new version.
Darkmoon Card: Greatness, with STR - I'd suggest editing the str one to give str/agi, instead of duplicating, but either way will work. I went with this method since it seemed the most likely; that you'd stack whatever stat you already stack the most. Cats are probably the only spec/class that this doesn't work for, I think.
Sorting by Multiple Subpoints - Would love to do this, just not on the top of my list at the moment.
Buffs - MotW's Str value is off, and Imp MotW is granting Armor instead of Bonus Armor. I have those fixed for the next release, along with the aforementioned Flask of the Frost Wyrm (Mixology) granting health instead of SP.
Bear Miss Cap - Fixed for next version.
Override Regemming - You're probably not marking any items as available only for a specific gemming. Ctrl-click a diamond on the charts to mark just that specific item gemming as available. The Override Regemming checkbox, if checked, will make it regem those anyway. (ie, run the Optimizer once with just your specific gemmings available, then check that and see how much of a difference it would make to regem everything).
Enchanted Tear - Armory parsing for this item was busted, but I've fixed it for the next version. Either edit the item, add the stats to it, or delete the item, and readd it (#42702), unchecking the box for the Armory on the add item dialog, so that it loads it from Wowhead.
Survivability Soft-Cap - Mouse over Survivability Points on the stats tab to see what Survivability Points are. Short version: Set the soft-cap to the most unmitigated damage you want to be able to survive. It defaults to 140k, when seems about right to me for Patchwerk-25. I'm personally using 160k for planning for Ulduar.
I expect to release an update today, though I'm not sure if it'll be 2.1.6, or just reposting 2.1.5... Leaning toward 2.1.6 at this point.

Maybe I'm not understanding correctly. I have specific items marked with a blue diamond and others with green. When I try to optimize it will give me new items with different gems (marked with green diamond) regardless of which color diamond was previously set. I have the same behavior with Override Regem enabled or disabled.

It's not very intuitive, but you may have items marked as both green and blue. That's definitely on our list to fix. Click them until the diamond is white, then ctrl-click it.
