No one is in the Buff list, nothing nor the 2T7 nor 4T7 nor other one.

They are saved but seems only the UI is not checking them to show you that they are active.

v2.1.7:
All models now contain a Relative Stat Values chart, which dynamically shows the value of various common stats to your current character. Some models had charts similar to this, and most of those still remain, in case they show any additional stats that this universal chart doesn't, but they will be removed in the next major version. As before, remember that these are only outputs from Rawr's calculations, not used internally by Rawr. Also, still remember that they will never be 100% accurate, and to always update whatever you use them for, whenver your gear/enchant/buffs change, in order to maintain as close to accurate as you can.

The new Relative Stat Value module is definitely doing something weird for moonkins. It gives the same values as the "old" module, but in addition includes Agility and even goes so far as to rate it second-highest (after Intellect).

Err? I'll look at this one, but since Agility isn't even TOUCHED in my calculations, I can't quite imagine how this could be the case. I'll be sure to find out, though.

The gemming system revamp is definitely high on the list of what I'd like to see. I was playing with Rawr last night to sort out my cat and bear gear, and ran into an interesting dilemma. I put in the gemming templates for bear, and chose "Delete non-selected gemmings" or whatever that is. Well...then when I went to do cat gear, I didn't have items listed with the 21 agi/3% crit dmg meta, nor with the 16 strength gem. What's the easiest way to fix that, without having to go through and duplicate items and regem them? Just delete Rawr and unzip it again?

I see until 2.2 that I'll need to include all the cat *and* bear templates. Fortunately, I don't do moonkin or tree very often, or I don't think I could even remove any of the gem combos!

Also, the vast majority of WotLK gems seem to be available only when "Unknown" is checked. What would be the easiest way to change gems to either be under Jewelcrafting, or just have them available no matter what (since anyone can buy all but the JC-only gems)?

Just do Set Default Gems again, choose cat gems (Bold/Glinting/Sovereign/Relentless, or whatever's best for you), and don't check that Delete non-selected gemmings checkbox. It'll add the cat gemmings, but not delete the bear ones.

I don't believe this is worked in to the Tankadin model yet - I'm assuming it's using the DR formula for Dodge still?

In 2.1.7, choosing 'use only these gems' for the default gems appears not to work. I cannot get rid of the items with those gems I did not select unless I manually delete them.

It seems like in 2.1.8 the Mirror of Truth Trinket is broken for Cats, it's now worse than some green or blue trinkets. I think the procc is somehow missing

They changed the wording on a bunch of trinkets, and broke our parsing of them. If you don't see the proc on a trinket, you can add its value yourself. I'll try to redo the parsing for as many of the trinkets as I can, in the next version. Sorry.

Is there a way to make it so Rawr doesn't show gear with gems like Cardinal Ruby or Dreadstone in them?
