We'll have better default filters for v2.2 release. In the mean time, you can edit the filters and add your own with Tools > Edit Item Filters...

I take it there is nobody currently working on the warrior part of this? Sorry but i really like this tool and would love for it to be a bit more accurate.

Rawr.DPSWarr periodically updated and partially functional

It's been getting alot of updates lately, from BrWarner. You can try them out in the latest betas, or wait for the release of v2.2, to go along with WoW 3.1.

Using beta 6, Mage model, looking at the Direct Upgrades chart: If I change a piece of gear by clicking on it and selecting from the drop down, all the bars on the Direct Upgrades chart become zero width. If I equip something from the direct upgrades list by right clicking on and selecting Equip, this does not happen.

Out of curiosity, is/are the changes to engineering tinkers, to give them passive abilities, reflected in 3.1 Rawr? I'm interested in seeing how the 23 haste to cloak stacks against the 18 spellpower slowfall tinker at my current gear level.

Heh. I really have only been tearing it apart piece by piece, and leaving the ruins to you, holymist, and the poor newbie Jothay. Haven't really updated a single thing by myself. =)

Big worry - as of the last PTR build before the 3.1 is being pushed live (confirmed as of now as per Blue postings), ArP was still bugged. Best I can say is check out Rallik / Landsoul's forula over on the Combat Ratings thread. It finally seems to be right, accounting for the errors that were made on Blizzards part.

I can only hope that the ArP issue was fixed for the 3.1 release, as they have had PLENTY of warning...

Rawr v2.2.0.7 has been released. As usual you can download it from Rawr - Release: Rawr 2.2.0.7

- Not all models are completely ready for final release. Specifically in some models the trinket effects might be missing. If that is the case please manually edit the items and give them average stats until we make everything work. We have decided that even not being completely ready we should make a release so that you can work with all the 3.1 modeling changes.
- There have been many many changes since 2.1.9. For a full list of changes check the ReadMe.txt. The following are the most important changes and some recent changes since 2.2.0.b6.
- Gemming Revamp! Rawr will now automatically handle gems, just as you'd expect. See Help > Gemmings for details.
- Multithreading! Rawr will now better utilize your processor, resulting in a 40% to 100% speed boost for rendering most charts, and optimizing.
- Special Effects Revamp! Rawr now uses a new system for describing special effects that most trinkets have. You can edit the effects in the item editor. The old custom stats are still in because not all models have transitioned to the new system, but we will be phasing them out in new versions.
- Talent Optimizer! You can now use optimizer to optimize talents. Not all models have talent optimization constraints available, so in those cases it might be of limited value since it will otherwise tend to skip nonmodeled but otherwise important talents.
- Glyphs are now part of talent specs! Glyphs now get saved together with the talent spec and there is a glyph chart available now for all models.
- Default buffs/glyphs! When loading character from armory the models can now automatically enable common buffs and glyphs.
- NOTE: Rawr 2.2 is not backwards compatible. Please do not copy data files from previous versions of Rawr. Your existing character files should load into Rawr 2.2 just fine, except you'll have to reselect enchants on your gear and glyphs.
- Rawr.Healadin: More 3.1 changes.
- Rawr.EnhSham: More 3.1 changes. Updated EnhSim export.
- Rawr.Retribution: More 3.1 changes.
- Rawr.Mage: More 3.1 changes. Performance Improvements.
- Rawr.ProtPaladin: More 3.1 changes and fixes.
- Rawr.Cat: More 3.1 changes. Updated combo point model.
- Rawr.Bear: More 3.1 changes.
- Rawr.Warlock: More 3.1 changes.
- Rawr.Tree: More 3.1 changes.
- Rawr.RestoSham: More 3.1 changes.
- Rawr.TankDK and Rawr.Hunter are not updated for 3.1

I have a small problem with [Bracers of Unrelenting Attack]. The socket bonus is set to 6 crit rating, while in the game it's 4 hit rating. I tried to edit the socket bonus, but as a result both the hit and crit are now listed on the item. Also, update from armory and wowhead doesn't work for anything.

Is anyone having issues with Rawr 2.2.0.7 loading? It starts up at the splash screen and hangs quickly if processes are to be believed. Also made my system unstable after each attempted load requiring a reboot to shake off the nasties.

Vista 64 SP1 (Probably my problem), Quad Core P4.

That is because of the new talents/items it is trying to download some of the icons from Armory, but it is being extremely slow at times because of patch day so it is waiting for a lot of stuff to timeout.

A number of temporary buffs have been included in the buffs page, like bloodlust and badge of tenacity. Can we get the Greatness buff added to that list, or give us direction for the less coderly to do it ourselves?

I like the target level for survival and threat based on mob level and what tier of raiding one is doing. What would you recommend be used for modeling a Sarth3D main tank for 10 or 25 man under Custom settings?

Is there a convenient place to find the mob/boss armor and attack speed, until we get a pulldown list or some sample values?

Armor is always whatever it is defaulted to. (10640 or something close to that?)

Attack Speeds are almost always 2sec, or 2.4 with IW/TC/FF/JotJ.

Is it at all possible that 2.2.0.7 is using the old cat model? I am getting radically different results than I was with beta 6 (e.g., strength as the best stat, 4pT6 as being competitive even with a shred rotation, etc.--all stuff that is the same as 2.1.9). (And yes, I checked Primal Gore in the talent tree and added all appropriate buffs and glyphs.)
