Bamina: please check if Rawr.Base.dll is in the same directory as Rawr.exe or at least in the Data directory.

well im sry to have bothered you. i moved the rawr.exe to my desktop instead of linking it...
I'd be great if rawr supported levels below maxlevel as well . I think it would be useful for choosing questrewards and the best gear for leveling as well

Lower levels function, they're just not accurate. It's usually good enough to help choose quest rewards.
Actually making it accurate would be a huge undertaking, and nowhere close to worth the development time.

Mirror of Truth's proc effect has disappeared in 2.18... manually editing it fixes the issue. Just thought I'd post in case others were left scratching their heads.

I know it's not finished, but I found a couple of problems with Rawr.DPSWarr. When I try to optimise it gives me this exception:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
I also noticed that I under "Tools / Refine Types of Items Listed" that the "Mail" check box is greyed out. Some of the better fury items really are mail, so it would be nice to compare them as well.

Another couple of things for Rawr.DPSWarr:
Item tooltips are not displaying armor penetration rating values, though the stat is obviously being used to calculate the value of the item. Can lead to items seeming out of order when you eyeball the stats.
The "Relative Stat Values" display or calculation is wrong, or I don't understand what it is showing. When switching buffs like Imp BoK and Imp MotW (amoung others) on and off the relative values jump around all other the place. I find it quite easy to get Agility reading higher than Crit Rating, or the value of AP to change massively with respect to Strength, which should never happen. If it works these values out by adding a small amount to each stat in turn and looking at the resulting DPS then I would suspect problems with rounding.

Just noticed, Fury of the Five Flights is missing from the trinkets list. Could you add it, since it's arguably the best physical dps trinket in the game.

It's there. It just lost its proc value when they changed the wording on it. That'll be fixed in Rawr 2.1.9 (aiming for tomorrow release), or just edit the item and add the raw AP to it.

I used the Holy Priest Rawr a long time ago and last night I decided to see if I could make some tweaks in my gear. I remember that before I could add requirements to the optimizer such as the results must end up with greater than 30% Crit and 15% Haste. Any way we could get the feature back or did I just miss how to do it?

Astrylian buggered me to add these now.
For Holy I added:
- Health / Resilience
- Mana
- In/OutFSR Regen
- Haste Rating / Haste %
- Crit Rating / Heal Crit %
- PW: Shield
- Greater Heal Avg
- Flash Heal Avg
- CoH Avg
For Shadow I added:
- Health / Resilience
- Mana
- Haste Rating / Haste %
- Crit Rating / Mind Blast Crit %
- Hit Rating
- MF cast time (ms)
If you feel anything else needs to be added I'll try to get that in as soon as possible.

I looked back through the last few pages of the thread and didn't find a specific answer (although I saw some people asking), so I'll bring it up again:
When I chose "Set Default Gems for Equipment", then click on one of the gem colors, the gem list is totally empty. I checked "Edit Items" and noted that all the gems were listed in there. I'm using Rawr 2.1.8 right now. Any fixes?

Is it possible for a similar feature to be added to the Prot Paladin Rawr? It would be great to be able to optimize for 540 Defense, xxxx Block Value, block capped, etc.
Also, as an aside, I wanted to thank all the developers on the Rawr project for putting so much time and effort creating a supporting this free product. We all really appreciate it.

Ret:
- Hit Rating
- Expertise Rating
- Crit Rating
- Resilience/heath
Protection:
- Hit Rating
- Expertise Rating
- Crit Rating
- Avoidance ( miss/parry/dodge )
- Block value
- Minimum mitigation % ( if someone want to be 102,4% block ) its avoidance + block + HS
Is just something who i really miss, the possibility to see some gear set tailored for something and so to know what to switch and where just to do your own set manually ( because the optimizer is not really working correctly for best tank gear for some events )

Two things. I use the druid modules only.
When I try to edit an item, especially socketing gems, I get Unhandled Exception errors after the first edit or two. These pop up progressively more often the longer I have Rawr open until it locks the program. At first they just pop an error box and the new item edit or gem selection window doesn't pop up to the top of the window stack.
Second, it seems to show the hit cap somewhere around the low 260s in rating. Yet in game 274 rating gets me 8.34% hit. I thought the cap was still 9%, am I missing something? I do not have the Heroic Presence buff checked.

Your error is a bug in an old version of the .NET Framework. You need to uninstall your current version of .NET Framework, and install the latest version.
The hit cap is 8%.
