The Air Strikes Must Continue
Not really sure where to put this but:
I just found out that if I bind Arcane Charges to a hotkey, and I spam that key and my left mouse button (having selected a patch on the ground in Dead Scar to target), I can send multiple Arcane Charges instead of one. I've definitely seen two go to the same spot within half a second of each other and it makes short work of the Pit Overlords.
It seems to be that there is a short period of time between when you select the target area and when the Arcane Charges start to fire. In that time (because of the spamming), I'm targetting again and firing again.
If it matters, I had between 200 and 300 ms at the time
Edit: This also works on the sails for the Intercepting the Reinforcements quest. I can get two and sometimes three bombs to fire at each sail, though it's not very useful since each sail only needs to be hit once.

Yes, there is no GCD on Arcane Charges. Like that PTR seed of corruption bug, you can fire them as fast as you can click. It makes that bombing run trivially easy.

There is a 1 second cooldown on [Arcane Charges]. Seems someone else else found the same thing before me.

Looks like there is more dodgy things going on with Aran: we killed him while the elementals were still up. The result was that the door stayed locked. In more than a year of raiding Karazhan this has never happened to us before. New bug or just some old bug that we had the pleasure to experience for the first time?

Definitely happened before!
I had this problem a few times when we started raiding Karazhan 1 year ago.
We had to summon out of Karazhan and after 30 Minutes Aran was back up.

The Arcane Charge client side cooldown lockout activates after it's actually acknowledged by the server, in contrast to practically everything else's client side GCD activating the moment you press the button. That's why it's spammable, and moreso with higher pings.

Sorry for bumping this somewhat old thread, however I don't have privilege to create my own yet, and this seemed to be the most fitting topic.
First off, I'm still searching for a screenshot, however I'm hoping someone here might also have noticed this or saw one. On the way through the gauntlet of trash after Felmyst on PTR, when you reached the top level, if you panned your camera directly upwards you could see through the building to the hallway past M'uru and just before Kil'jaeden's room. In this hall, there was a giant patrolling Arcane 'gollum', seeming the only one in the zone. It was untargetable as we were looking through a wall, and you can't target through walls, and we never managed to guess its name with /target. However, it was the exact model of Void Reaver, seemingly same size, however it was hard to tell exactly from where we were.
Reason I'm mentioning this is because the interview released(I believe today?) on the WoW-Europe page clearly shows 7 labeled bosses in the planning of Sunwell, all of which are clearly accounted for except one "Arcane Gollum," which, ironically enough, is exactly where we had seen him.
Is it possible Sunwell could be a 7 boss instance?

I can't seem to find anything on MMO-Champion or in this thread - then again, it could have been coincidence:
Last night in BT, Mother, Council and Illidan all dropped one of each token, rather than the 2-3x protector tokens we're used to. Could this have been a hotfix? Then again, it could have just been an awesome seed as we got our first (MH) Glaive from Illidan...

We had 3x Protector on Mother and I didn't feel obligated to post about it. Loot is random.

If we'd got 3x Protector on Mother I wouldn't have felt obligated to post about it either. However, given this is an "Undocumented Changes" thread and we've never seen all three of the T6 bosses drop one of each token in the same night, we thought it could have been a hotfix.

The "Fiery Festival Brew" item has changed somewhat. It used to be instant-cast and caused you to spew a jet of flame for about 10 seconds; it now has a short (~2) second cast time and causes you to belch forth some newer, shinier-looking somewhat colorful flames for about 2 seconds.
Several items seem to be much "shinier" than before: the spikes on the rogue tier 5 shoulders, the 2-handed mace off the ogre boss in shattered halls, and apparently all 3 tiers of crafter 2-handed Blacksmith axe are very, very glossy now, as though they were made of dark glass or obsidian.

We got one of each from Council yesterday, but Illidan dropped 2x Conqueror and a Protector.
So no, that's definately not hotfixed and expect to see more 3x protector in the future.

Probably being Captain Obvious here, but you can set this up in a G15 Macro and see the effects of this being server side.

We had one of each drop from Maulgar, Gruul, and Magtheridon on Monday. it is possible that this is coincidence, but it's fairly remote.

No, it's not fairly remote. There are three slots and three items which can appear in each slot. That's 27 possible combinations of loot (Defender, Defender, Defender; Defender, Defender, Champion; Defender, Defender, Hero; Defender, Champion, Defender; and so on). Of those 27 combos, 3 of them produce one of each type, so 3/27 or 11.11% chance of getting one of each on any individual boss.
There's a .14% chance for that to happen three times in a row. That may seem pretty remote, but it's over 1 in 1,000. There are several thousand guilds in EU/US killing bosses. It's not at all surprising that someone reading this board experienced that particular outcome.
I.e., it's fairly unlikely that it'll happen to /you/, but it's fairly likely that it'll happen to someone. And you happened to be that someone on Monday.

Your math is wrong.
There are six combos that result in one drop of each type, and the chance of getting that result 3 times in a row is (6/27)^3 or about 1.1%. In other words it probably happens to dozens of guilds every week.

By now most physical dps weapons of note (Decapitator/Fool's Bane) have already changed from Mainhand to Onehand. So either this is retroactively going through the lowby gear, or its talking about caster weapons. The latter option would be quite strange considering the SSO rep weapons were originally onehanded, but hotfixed to mainhand only.

It's a change to the leveling process. There are many many Main Hand only quest/drop weapons, and very very few One/Off Hand weapons to compliment them.
Also, Brilliant Glass now has a small chance to make an epic gem, is this something really necessary to do at all? I mean the gem vendor on most servers is most likely due to open before 2.4.2 is even launched.

Big relief to all the non-Enchanters out there, who've been dying trying to get LPS now. I personally have enjoyed running Heroics and passing on Voids to our Enchanters in group since there's nothing I'll be able to do with them ever, while the they can use them every day to make a profit and ease the burden of mats on their enchants. Much welcome addition, it's been silly that LPS are more valuable than Voids to non-Enchanters.

I don't think caster weapons are the target of this change, since there's only one class that can benefit from a caster weapon in the off-hand (Shaman), but the extra spell damage/healing would never outweigh the loss of having to spec deeply into Enhancement.
However, there are still quite a few main hand-only physical DPS weapons out there. Counting TBC epics, we have:

[Vengeful Gladiator's Right Ripper] * (and its S1/S2 counterparts)
[Vanir's Right Fist of Brutality] *
[Claw of Molten Fury] *
[Dragonstrike] / [Wicked Edge of the Planes]

[Rage] *
[Big Bad Wolf's Paw]
*I wouldn't count on these being included in the change, since they already have a corresponding off-hand made just for them (if not explicitly as a set, at least in the name).
**Note that other tank weapons such as [The Brutalizer] or [The Unbreakable Will] are one-hand.
