Not anything major, but I noticed that they added weapon enchants to the character select screen (I'm almost 100% positive I couldn't see the Soulfrost on my [Tempest of Chaos] before)
This is in the patch notes:
User Interface
Weapon enchants are now shown at the character selection screen.
I noticed the soulfrost and even healing enchants on my weapon before 2.4. Maybe someone with a mongoose enchant can shed some light.
I'm quite certain enchants have never been displayed on the character select screen prior to 2.4. I was most pleased to see today that my [Crystalforged Sword], which is so plain that it literally looks like a level 6 white-quality vendor sword, now displays the Major Spellpower enchant, and that the [Skull Hatchet] my level 6 gnome bank alt wields now displays its Fiery enchant.
The reverted the changes to almost all of the chaining abilities they had patched; Swipe, Chain Lightning, Multishot, and Cleave will still break CC. For whatever reason, Avenger's Shield and weapons that have chaining procs were left untouched.
Even though it is in the patch notes, Avenger's Shield does break CC on secondary targets.
So there are already spams for Pre-made AB "losing" pugs on my server. I am assuming that soon there will be some sort of daily limit on the honor mark turn in quest.
I don't know about nerfing the honor quest, but I would use all your marks you have just in case the devs don't like people getting 31,400 honor in a day.
Millions of words are written annually purporting to tell how to beat the races, whereas the best possible advice on the subject is found in the three monosyllables: 'Do not try.'

I think it's a pretty obvious calculation to make.
It's hardly game-breaking - once you use up your stock of tokens, there's no way you are going to farm another 100 of each in one day. It's more of a nice leg-up to buy the new vendor gear when it arrives really.

Is it just me, or is that just the absolute pinnacle of casuals milking welfare epics? Actions like that really make me lose hope for some people.
However, I do have to wonder how it plays out when two 'losing' pugs vs each other.
If I remember correctly, those "losing" pugs are actually reportable. I can't find the reference, but I do remember a CM stating as much at one point. Whether or not you believe it is a reporting offense is still obviously up to you of course.
It appears that cliffwalking /cliffjumping has finally been fixed, unless there's something special about sunwell isle that's preventing it from working. Ah, well.
That's pretty odd. Why in heavens sake would they want to add another offhand with 1.5s speed? Aren't there plenty? Shamans won't want that, so it's down to Rogues (:S) and Warriors. Isn't there already 2 swords and a mace with 1.5s speed?
Don't non-sword fury warriors prefer slow offhands, too, these days? So there's really no reason for it to be fast unless it's intended specifically for combat rogues. It seems like that tree has enough niche items rotting already.

Not like warriors would want that either. Though, to be fair, a fast offhand makes a smaller difference to a warrior (a dozens or so dps, perhaps) than it does to a Shaman. Perhaps they're just trying to allow combat-fist rogues to have weapons not gained by arena? There are really only two sets of fist weapons in TBC: Al'ar's and a blue level 70 dungeon set.
I think we'll have to wait to see the Main Hand and the PPM of the fire damage proc to make a final determination, though. It does look kinda cool, and everyone loves matched sets--some people far too much (I know a Shaman that uses two Netherbanes over his Talon of the Phoenix and his Rising Tide).
Undergeared hunter mana regen seems to have taken a huge hit, a byproduct of the spirit/int change. I'm drinking about twice as often while grinding, kind of miserable.

Same, we just had the Claw of Molten Fury drop for us as well. With no documented info on the Fist, I got the Claw because our rogue didn't know if it was a Shaman set or a Warrior/Rogue set.
It's comparable dps-wise to the badge fists and rising tide/syphon, so hopefully lots of people get this cool set soon! Looks AWESOME.
Meh, if it was to be truly good for Enhance, it would have Strength instead of Agility. I don't think anyone likes fast main-hand weapons (MAYBE dagger rogues, though I'm no expert there), so any decently-itemized MH weap usable by a shaman (no matter who it's really meant for) will look good for them.
To teach and to learn, to laugh and make others laugh. This is my purpose, and any day in which I don't wasn't worth the time it took to get through.

Very true, but its stats are extremely similar to Netherbane which I've been OH'ing for a good 2 months or so. While not the *best* choice, its probably one of the higher dps weapons we can get, so I say jump on it!
