I don't want to make a new thread for something stupid like this; what's the story with the girl in the bubble on KJ screenies?
The 'lore' for the girl emerged in the WoW books/graphic novels. She is the embodiment of the Sunwell, Kalecgos found her and had been protecting her. She has the ability to reform the Sunwell.
If everything else is truly equal (gear, skill, etc.) then the pure dps class should beat the hybrid. If a raid chooses to run without rogues, mages, warlock or hunters, they should expect their overall dps to be lower. You can quote me on that.
I noticed last in Sunwell that the kalecg-brut-felmyst dropped 1x epic gem instead of 1x sunmote, is my memory wrong on this or has that changed very recently (I've not been 100% keeping track of all changes, curse Real Life!)

I've noticed the same, any clarification would be great.
I've noticed 5 man Kael no longer seems to damage pets during gravity lapse, which is great because even with Mend Pet up 100% mine would still die if there was a second lapse.
Besides [Dragonstrike] and the other BS-crafted one-handers, has anyone noticed any other weapons which were affected by the MH to one-hand change in 2.4.2?

All of them? Every non-caster weapon that used to be mainhand is now one-hand, I believe.
Since there's no Kil'jaeden thread, I'm posting this here:
We've just deployed a hotfix to all regions that changes the targeting behavior of Kil'jaeden's Soul Flay ability. The ability now has a much simpler rule to determine who will be targeted.
Soul Flay now targets the player with the highest threat against Kil'jaeden, regardless of the distance between the player and Kil'jaeden. The normal threat buffer that prevents a creature from changing targets to someone outside of melee range does not exist with Soul Flay. Soul Flay will still not target a player who is immune, however.
This change will likely change some of the strategies currently used by players against Kil'jaeden, but our intention is not to make the encounter any more or less difficult. This change should result in a more consistent, more understandable, and more enjoyable Kil'jaeden fight.

Posted this in the BB but might as well post here:
Well now that they changed Soul Flay on Kil'jaeden, I can spill the beans on how it worked. We figured it out the last pull of our last night on him. It was based on total number of shadow volleys taken while the Deceiver dudes were up. It would go from most taken volleys to least. We were able to prove this by having a paladin healer take every volley on the third deceiver and having another tank taunt the third one so that tank didn't take the same number of volleys. After testing this we were able to confirm it by checking the WWS of previous attempts. As for what controlled when it switched, we never figured this out.
