Edwin VanCleef is a level 20 elite. If he cannot hit the toon in the video, then it stands to reason that a level 19 PC cannot hit the same toon either.
If anything, level 34 was probably selected because it's only at that time when some of the combat rating stats start showing up. Even then, not by much.

As of now, this doesn't seem possible. Killing Don Carlos saved us to the Heroic instance. Dropped our one and only time tonight, so hopefully the droprate is still 100%.

Seems bugged, run it on heroic, kill him, get saved, zone out, set it to normal, set it back to heroic, zone back in, he'll be up.

The fel lightning from Sunblade Protectors is now a "nature+shadow" damage school, as opposed the fire damage it was before the patch. I tried using shadow ward to absorb some but it completely ignored it.
Guild mate of mine postulated that it could be a precursor or test of the coming frostfire mechanics.

Supremus was behaving strangely after receiving misdirects when coming out of kite phase tonight. It seemed like having the intended tank solidly atop the threat list didn't matter until that tank got in range of Supremus, or perhaps performed a hostile action of some sort.
Everything else in the first 7/9 of BT seemed normal.

I tried this today and he didn't come back.
Also, when we fought Rage Winterchill today he was casting two icebolts at once and his D&D and frost nova seemed to be doing more damage. He actually seems to be of appropriate difficulty for his place in progression now.
Also as someone above said, we didn't get any infernals on Anetheron.

This didn't work for me. It reset my "savedness" but no mob respawn. Interestingly, I came back later with a different group and he was up, just can't seem to get him to pop right back up. We tried all kinda of things, and even though we didn't have saved raid IDs, we still seemed to be saved to the same instance. Will try to investigate further.

Just did it three different times with the same group and it worked fine. Ran in and killed him (heroic) ran out and set to normal then heroic. Repeat.

Linking quests (shift-click in your log) doesn't work on EU realms.
Don Carlos seems to have been hotfixed.
We reset him 5 times to get our hats, but another group couldn't get it to work half an hour later.
Edit:
You can do it if you use the same group to run it 5 times.
You'll get instance saving errors if you try to mix people who ran it with another group.

Ive just done the resetting and it worked fine, on the other hand, same problem with the quest linking.

Equipment changes interrupt any spell with a cast time (like in the notes), whether in combat or not.
Channeled spells however are not interrupted at all.
So you can still switch for evocation or build some other tricks with that.
[Edit]:
This includes non-magic spells.
Poisoning, profession crafting, gathering and hearthstoning are examples for cast time spells.
Fishing, banadaging are examples for channeled spells.

Something similar happened to me in the Scryer bank. I tried getting to the Guild Vault (the one to the right as you enter through the front door) and temporarily got stuck on one of the stairs.

Just a couple things I noticed last night that i'm not sure if they are intended changes.
1) Mana regen while casting seems like it may have been changed. I'm not sure if they reverted the spirit based regen or what, but our priests and druids were complaining about their mana on fights where they should have no issues.
2) Durability loss on tank gear seems to have been raised. My sheild broke after only about 3 bosses and no deaths. Not sure if maybe the periodic dmg from something like the scalding water at lurker is the culprit.

This may be part of the whole change to get rid of wall jumping... I'm sure there are some dead spots all over!

I have to admit i am not that much into Arena and PvP, but from my limited point of view whats the deeper thought behind this? Rogues are already forced to go after more resilience in arena with the change to Cheat Death. Why lower the damage output even more after we had to replace dps gems for resilience?

Has anyone seen Sahaak selling scrolls since the 2.4.3 patch? I have not seen any on him even after the server reset this morning so I am wondering if the scrolls were removed or if I am just seriously unlucky on him.
Edit: Looks like the scrolls are still spawning. Started seeing them again on Thursday.

No, I just tested to confirm. Equipping items doesn't interrupt your mount. I don't have a pally or lock to test with them, so I can't say for them.
I used Outfitter to change the set while mounting, and I tried just manually changing gear. Both times it didn't interrupt anything.

While leveling my alt i noticed some mobs behaving oddly. When i engage them they don't trigger in combat but run away in evade mode to the opposite direction. Then about 10 seconds later they run back to the old spot and aggro, even if i mounted away some distance.
More people on the server are reporting this behavior. | |
