The rumor that the Kalecgos portal skipping has been fixed is not true. Went 1 minute without a portal on the first attempt.

Bashir's Landing SSO Quest. If you use the phasing device, there are none of the normal mana wyrms around. The entire area was just wander around and pick up blocks.
[e] Seems they spawn, but maybe the spawn timer is massive. There was zero wyrms when I did it today in the whole area. I even flew around to check. The other thing was there was nobody else phased at that time, was pretty eerie.

They're still there, but I think the respawn was drastically lowered (or removed altogether? I did it 3 hours after the server came up)

The Washington Post helps perpetuate a common and pernicious misreading of the decision, referring to "the Supreme Court’s judgment that corporations have the same rights as people when it comes to political speech." What the Supreme Court actually said is that people do not lose their free speech rights when they organize as corporations, including nonprofit interest groups as well as businesses.

Happened to me on the Scryer steps on my dwarf alt.
Can't say I've had it happen before on those steps either.

I'd like to confirm some odd mob behavior as well. Questing with my 30-something Lock in Arathi, I'd send in my Voidwalker to start attacking, then the Syndicate mob would just run off in the complete opposite direction, evading everything, then suddenly behave normally, get hit by my VW and aggro him.

I've been having a similar problem with mobs in WPL on my Shaman alt. The bears I was supposed to be attacking would evade bug wherever I engaged them and stand around for a period of time (30-60 seconds on average) and then come out of nowhere and attack me. The whole while I was in combat as well.

At the risk of encouraging a bunch of "me too" posts (there are lots of these on the EU forums), I had something oddly related happen just now while trying to solo Don Carlos as a hunter on heroic (unsuccessfully).
I feigned death after losing my pet and 80% of my health. No sign of FD resist, and both he and his dog de-aggroed. Resurrected pet , ate/drank, and considered a second try when I noticed both mobs were pathing oddly--running back and forth between alternating positions.
About a minute later they came for my pet.
Repeat, but rode further away this time to AFK for a few minutes. When I came back, found my corpse by the side of the road.
Until this is fixed, hunters will need to be even more cautious about believing their feign death actually worked.

Obviously it can be worked around, but I have to retrain my brain to overcome more than a year of habit. Frustrating.

This problem also interrupts gathering professions. I ride up, dismount by using the resource only to be interrupted about one second into the process. Since my mount and dismount are on the same mouse button I have had to mentally reorder myself to click dismount before right clicking the node. It can also be fatal if you ride off a large drop as it interrupted my slow fall and only quick reaction caught it.
Steps in front of SW Auction house affect my human characters, it had no effect on my gnome.
I can report unusual aggro on my mage while farming sporeggar rep in Zangamarsh. The mobs are mostly 62 to 64 range and my mage is 70. During the session, about one hour long, I had multiple encounters where after finishing off a Naga Slavedriver at my feet another would come charging from a same position I pulled the original from. This "new" Naga never summoned a Wrek Slave friend. Because of the level difference I know it was not proximity aggro and I can only assume the mob respawned with aggro still scored against me.

Mining near Terran Mill, I aggroed a bear, who immediately ran up the slope next to me and pathed around 50 ft above me for 10 secs or so before coming back down and attacking. Wish I'd frapsed it . . .

I noticed this down inside the cauldron in Searing Gorge (acutally inside the mining area). I'd attack one of the aggressive Taskmasters or Slavers, and occasionally one of the nearby slaves (yellow, non-aggressive) would run off in another direction, only to run back over about 20 seconds later and start attacking me. I've yet to see it happen with a mob that I was actually engaged in combat with. (51 draenei warrior)
Edit, at first I thought that maybe I tagged the slave with thunderclap, but in the future I made sure they were out of range, and the same thing happened a few more times. Very rare, but still rather irritating.

I thought this was common knowledge already, but tell your hunters to despawn their pets. We've had zero skipped portals ever since we had our hunters start doing this, and if they forget we can almost guarantee a "skipped portal" that tried to target a pet. Sure their DPS is crushed by it if they're BM, but you don't screw up your portal rotations.

We've all heard the theories about what causes skipped portals. In raids I've been in, we've tried not using hunter pets, we've tried not using totems, we've tried not having people in groups 6/7/8, we've tried not standing next to the bushes... Sometimes it's worked, sometimes it hasn't. Everybody seems to have a different idea of what they're completely sure is the cause.

In unrelated news, some new funny things in Blackrock Depths, sepcifically in the Bar area.
1) There is now a goblin arena vendor with 2 gnoll guards.
2) There is a now a spot setup for what I beleive is a concert done by the Tauren Chieftan band, time is at at 8PM server time, according to the goblins working on it.
3) There is now a Dark Iron brewer near Plugger. If you talk to him, he will sample the brew he is making with you, once you do this enough he passes out drunk and drops a mug of Dire Brew on the ground, which gives you a single, unique [Dire Brew], which when consumed gives you a Dark Iron dwarf illusion for 1 hour.

Hmm. Since you mentioned it, I noticed on Illidan last night that just before the Parasites spawned on someone, a little gold circle would flash around their feet. Never remembered seeing that before.

3 is for the Brewfest, although I have no idea why there is an Arena vendor and Chief in BRD.
In Shatt every hour the band will play there song in the inn now.

Channeled spells however are not interrupted at all.
So you can still switch for evocation or build some other tricks with that.

This includes non-magic spells.
(Mounting), poisoning, profession crafting and hearthstoning are examples for cast time spells.
Fishing, banadaging are examples for channeled spells.

Mounting definitely does not break on equipment change.

On Void Reaver we had Orb warnings and raid symbols put on people who were targeted for it. And Solarian sometimes decided to use her Arcane Missiles on people with the debuff, so we had 2-3 players shot down from the air. This never happened to us before.

The Solarian thing used to happen all the time, it was an unpreventable insta-gib of the exploded person for the most part. I've only done her once in the last 6 months though, so maybe they had fixed that in the meantime.

I can confirm very weird pathing behaviour. I was in HFP doing the SSO dailies on my warlock. I was in the area at the feet of Kazzak (who we'd killed earlier) and killing the fire guys. One of the fire guys down near the 4 elites started to patrol nearby, so I CoA pulled it, and it then proceeded to run in the opposite direction.
I was juggling 3 other mobs at the time, so I thought it must have just been following another player and was running back doing the 'evade' thing mobs do when they're leashing.
Anyway, in about 20 seconds I had 3 fire guys, 2 of the 4 elite blokes, and 2 extra demons pounding on me. Seems the fire guy ran off, gathered some mates and kicked stuffing out of me.
So yeah. Things are rotten in the state of Azeroth.
