The key comes in a regular size padded envelope, and would in theory easily fit in a front door mailbox.
This shoebox sized alternative, doesn't. Which is probably why the transport cost is as high as it is.
I paid ~22 euros to ship 2 keys to the netherlands.
2x6 euros + 10 for shipping.
As for mail security mentioned, I've sent a mail to UPS regarding the package, as it appears to have been opened by customs and some rather awkward new items have been added into my package. 7 items to be exact.... These :

I certainly didn't order those, and haven't heard anyone else receiving those things... It's quite strange.

There isn't so much of a high price involved here, RSA tokens can cost upward 50-100 euros.
The blizzard keys are 6 euros, with a fairly regular (though poorly packaged) shipping.
