I quite like the fact it has a conditional result depending on your situation and having it always give HP/Mana ontop of this makes it really a very nice perk. It might also have different results based on your class (or even spec) but that would need testing by multiple classes to confirm.

As an Enhancement Shaman, I have used 40+ Crazy Alchemist potions in raiding and every single time it has given me the haste buff that a Potion of Speed normally gives. After the first couple kept giving me the speed buff, I made a ton of them and use them on all boss fights because they are dirt-cheap compared to the normal Potion of Speed.
I assume they are class/spec dependent; meaning most will get a haste buff but perhaps a tanking class/spec will get something else that would be more beneficial than haste.
Here's hoping they work exactly the same on PTR, but actually give you the mana/health as well. I certainly won't be happy if I lose my source of cheap haste pots!

Does anyone have experience selling the ebonweave/spellweave/moonshroud gloves/robes? Any comment on how fast/reliably these items sell? And if there has been a change of pace to the worse/better lately?

As you can expect, it's not an highly popular item. The biggest problem is that these two slots are also the two slots that you can get 10-man T7 from badges. Any main character will probably shoot for the T7 stuff instead of buying one. I can't even "sell" them reliably within the guild.

You'll hit the market dead on for people who are good enough to reliably be in 25-mans, but don't have time to run heroics or 10-mans and have poor luck on drops. How big that market is depends on your server and its raid force.

Be aware that the coming patch permits you to trade Emblems of Valor down to Emblems of Heroism. So folks who can reliably do 25-mans will also be able to buy the 10-man gloves and chest if they want to, though likely it makes sense for them to defer that purchase for a really really long time.

I have a question.. Like many others, I'm thinking of dropping my 450 tailoring to level JC instead, to get some decent bonuses.
My question is this, if I decide to relearn tailoring later, will I also relearn the rare patterns that I currently have? Has anyone else done this and can help me out?
Also, I'm sure the moment i decide to drop it, they'll announce some great patterns and bonuses from having tailoring -_-
But figured I could allways just relearn tailoring and do the grind all over again if I have to.

When you unlearn a profession, you lose it all. So no, you won't relearn all those BoE-patterns etc. if you pick the same profession again.

All your learned patterns will be gone, and will have to be relearned if you retake tailoring. (edit, beaten)
I'm not to sure about Cloth Harvesting or whatever it was called, but guess that'll be gone as well. Not sure if you can relearn that though, considering it's from a quest.

You can get Northern Cloth Scavenging off a dropped book instead of the quest, if you are missing the skill.

I asked this in the wrong thread before: if I drop LWing does the bracer patch become inactive? I have read that it does, but this seems unusual considering that ring enchants don't become inactive (or at least, never used to).

Profession perks become inactive upon dropping the profession. This is the case with all professions (BS, LW, Tailoring, JC, etc) as of 3.0.

It's called Bloodlust, not Heroism. What kind of pansy name is Heroism, anyway?

The enchantment will be in red text with "Requires <skill>", and you will not get the effect. You can still equip the item.

Now that fire seeds and fire leaves are both gray, are casters still getting fire seeds when herbing fire thorns?

BoE World drops for all the missing cuts it appears. Expect to see them on your auction house for amounts that will make it take a long time to become profitable.

Fire Leaves are still White as they're used for a flask recipe.

Weird, Fire Seeds are white instead of grey, with no use. Constrictor grass turned grey though.

I was shocked/slightly happy to see the stealth buff the Armor/Weapon Vellum creation III last night.
The same amount of ink now produces 2x the number of vellums. (2x Parchment required)

That was probably to offset the fact that [Ink of the Sea] is now far more valuable than before. Before the conversion to [Snowfall Ink] was announced a stack of Inks of the Sea sold below 20g (I saw as low as 5-10g). A single vellum or glyph could be approximated at 1-2g in cost. Snowfall Ink can go for 100g on my server, so now (even after the recipe change) the effective cost of production for vellums is ~11g.

A trashmob in Naxx25 dropped the Cut for Inscribed Monarch Topaz yesterday, BoE recipe. I sure hope to make some money off of it before it gets cold.

I may be way off the mark here from a single hours worth of herbing but, has anyone else noticed a stealth buff to icy pigment from milling?
Usually on an hours worth of Adders Tongue/Tiger Lily/Dead Nettle/Goldclover (120/40/30/20 approx) I was getting about 15-18 icy pigment, last night I got 28 icy pigment from the same numbers of herbs, notably I was seeing 2-3 sets of icy pigment on every adder's tongue stack whereas before I was usually seeing around 3 sets of icy pigment from milling 40 adder's tongue.

As you yourself said, you're way off the mark. It's impossible to glean anything meaningful from 24 millings of Adder's Tongue and 18 millings of the other three. The margin of error is simply too high to make any conclusions about milling rates.
For instance, last night I milled 5 stacks of Icethorn and Goldclover each. In doing so I only managed 16 icy pigments, which is about average.

Some brief testing of Crazy Alchemist's Potion for me seems to conclude that the conditional effects you gained before have now turned random in all cases beyond 100% HP/Mana where it seems to give you nothing extra.
If anyone else is able to spend time testing it too then it would help because right now I am unable to find any links to suggest it is retaining any of the old 'smart' mechanic it once had. A shame really because it was quite an interesting side-effect to the potion and honestly getting Frost Protection, Indestructable, Healing Potions etc as additional effects feel bland in comparison to the previous results which were quite cool.
