hmm I dont think that is accurate. I have add her in her change of flights with 5 different warlocks debuffs on her(assuming that some warlocks didnt just have COD) plus hunter dots and a couple priests thinking they can DPS and still having a deep breath come. I think it is more random than that. I think there is always a chance of deep breath but that chance is reduced given certain perameters are met.
