for the multiple warriors that were tanking, how many of them had talents in protection in gurgthock' raids?

All EJ warriors are full prot, all shamans full resto, all druids full resto, all priests full holy, and we don't any other classes on raids.

A decent number have defiance. I think Chocula and Beef were the two holdouts.

We had quite a few with defiance but you really only need like three, and you probably don't need anyone to be full protection spec.

In a raiding guild I'd say the optimal talent mix is something like...

15% 31pt Protection warriors
55% 31/5/15 or 31/4/16 mixed arms/prot builds
30% pure Arms/Fury or Fury/Arms DPS builds

Since you are allaince having tanks with points in prot is really unnecessary. I guess if you had a tank that got imp sheild block that would be helpful to ease the damage but still unneeded.
