The point is both a combination of somewhat undergeared people and an even larger number (including those people) who have never done the fight before. You can stick 2-3 complete noobs into a 40-man group with barely a ripple so long as you beat it into their heads what they absolutely must not do.
But at some point inexperience reaches critical mass, and as you get to 10+ new people, it's a very different story. If nothing else, it's a reminder that as trivial as fights may seem, it's usually just the result of practice.

And that's exactly why I and I'm sure many other people have a lot of respect for you. Any other person would have probably lost their mind after leading Sunday night, given we're used to clearing the first three bosses in 90 minutes.
It made me cringe listening to it on vent, and I had to turn off my sound repeatedly throughout the night because I couldn't stand to hear the misfortune.

See, in ZG I do a lot of tanking. I'm pretty lax with my aggro control there, and it's pretty much guaranteed that troll berserker will be running straight for me at around the time it hits 30% health. I've come to expect it.
And Gahz'ranka? Don't get me started. *dios gets knocked back* *Gilliam has died.* *Gilliam gets Battle Resed.* *dios gets knocked back* *Gilliam has died.* My personal record is four deaths in one Gahz'ranka event. I wasn't sure whether to be flattered at the attention or peeved with the repair bill. The rest of the raid group makes me stand off to the side so I don't get everyone breathed on. :(
Despite all this I have yet to pull aggro in BWL. If the tank dies I'm usually pretty high up on the list, though. :(
