Yes, but you don't want everyone doing that.

if you do that you would be having even greater issues with transitions. If you dont think your healers could hack switching targets fast then you may want to just assign healers to specific tanks. But try different plans. You have gotten to broodlord and that is a pretty good feat dont get too dependant of others.

hmm, well, the difference here... all the MTs will stand in the same place. Is that possible? I mean, is the deaggro knockback a single target attack? or is it an AE knowckback that hits everyone in a cone in front of him?

Also, I just have to ask 1 opinion from you... what do you think of assigning each tank 3 dedicated healers, instead of making healers switch healing from one tank to another depending on who BL targets..

Thanks again guys, great feedback.
At this point, you have to step back, consider what you know the fight, and try to make some strategic decisions. You don't seem to be at the point yet where you should be asking experienced people for details.

Keeping the Warriors alive is vital, but might simply go better once your raid has a better "picture" of the fight.

I think Chupid is right. This problem extends way beyond Newladin.

To the OP Gizmo, you must always remember one thing while raiding. Your raid has to do what's best for your raid, and try and maximize on your raid's strengths, not just spend your time trying to do what works for other raid groups.

As SF/JFT, most every encounter we do is unique to us, mainly because we're actually very healing empowered. Sure we do have some heavy DPSers, but our main strength is in keeping everyone healed for very long amount of times. So when we first encounter a new boss, we try different tactics to see what best makes use of our healing strength.

We also make use of a OOC rezzer a lot of times mainly because we have the shaman to spare. Do we need someone OOC? Usually not, but if a healer's gonna' be standing around twidling his thumbs because there's no one needing a heal anyways, we might as well make some use out of him. And I for one realize how pathetic my completely resto-specced self is at DPS, so I might as well rezz a few over-zealous aggro-stealers and conserve some mana for the late encounter healing.

Now do I recommend you do what works for us? Never.
