Do you guys bother stacking certain classes for a particular drakonid color, or are you at the point where you just make two equally balanced groups and go at it? We've been having problems with the red side (other colors are not a problem) and overstacking the reds with 23 players, but still not getting it done. We can get Nef to phase 2 pretty consistently, but usually the red side is half dead and 8 drakonids are running free, even if the other side is under control. It doesn't seem right to me that you'd have to stack one side so heavily to win.
Also, my mages are telling me that the reds are quite frost resistant as well as fire resistant, anyone know about this?

I recall going 21/19 or something like that, but not really more so. We do stack individual classes on the two sides depending on the colors we have, though.
When we had red/black, we dealt with the blacks mainly with Rogues and Hunters, and the reds with Blizzard and Shadow Bolt. On any other red combo, we use Blizzard primarily on the red side (with a Hunter or two), and Rogues + Rain of Fire on the non-red (with about 1 mage, maybe). For a blue combo, reverse.
The details depend entirely on guild's style, namely, how much you use AoE vs. FF. But the point is, I don't see why wouldn't stack classes most effectively once you see what colors you have.
Don't think Reds are Frost resistant . . .
I mean, I'm often busy watching things besides my own damage, but we seem to take them down pretty quickly with Blizzard as the main damage.
