Anyone else experiencing their procs going off like crazy especially off of procs?
i have been farming a lot lately and ive had bloodfang proc off itself and other things and a whole lot of this:
ambush crits for XXXX
firebolt hits XX
firebolt hits XX
bloodfang crits XXX
its awesome, but i dont know if its intended since the patch notes said "on-next swing abilities" for chances of double procs to not happen anymore.

Does not play well with others

Are you sure it was double fireball proc or fireball/bf/fb. The way I understood it there would be no more fatal wound off fatal wound, but they could chain.

Fatal Wound, at least, can't. I did some pretty extensive testing on the PTR trying to get my chain-proc build to work, and it didn't happen in multiple AQ20/40 clears. I'm not sure about Firebolt, but I would assume that what happened is:
Ambush -> Firebolt
-> Bloodfang(which counts as a swing) -> Firebolt
Interesting that Bloodfang still counts as a swing. I guess they forgot to unflag it.

These I believe are counted differently then On-Next-Swing procs. Seeing as they're extra attacks, and not procs on next swing.

Netherwind proc is by far the most insane thing I have ever witnessed.
Onyxia Re-Cap~
Frostbolt -> Netherwind Focus Frostbolt -> Netherwind Focus Frostbolt -> POM Frostbolt -> Netherwind Focus Frostbolt -> Netherwind Focus Frostbolt.
It feels good.

Actually, the patch fixed on next swing abilities aka: heroic strike, raptor strike etc. Heroic striking with a Halberd of Smiting was causing multiple procs (6 or 7 procs per swing, however rarely). Theoretically someone could one shot nef.
1.9 had no effect on windfury totems, sword specialization, or procs as a result of extra swings. I have a screenshot of a friend I believe I cant hunt down of the multiple proc from heroic strike, which occurred before 1.9.
I can easily produce a screenshot of me procing thunderfury twice (once from sword specialization), getting 2 extra attacks, and maybe an insta poison proc (assuming i dont have a windfury totem) all off of 1 swing. That is tapping the 'T' key on/off very quickly (offhands do not swing initialy but only after they have met their delay). I've tested this since 1.9. Keep in mind I'm really damn lazy so please dont ask me to produce screenshots.
It is my understanding that the only limit to extra swings is still, to this day, 9? I believe it was lowered from 11, and originally infinity. Something like that.

I think procs off of procs getting the nerf bat was complete bullshit, I still chain tripple Sword Specs all the damn time (some are Sword Spec -> Hand of Justice -> Sword Spec, however most are just straight up tripple Sword Spec).
Blizzard's random number generator is also completley borked, Vesp. When you were leveling up, did you ever have a couple of drop quests that dropped from the same mob type? Every once in a while you would kill a mob who dropped both quest items, a green item, 4 of his cloth type, and a scroll of stamina or something. Shit like that happens all the time in this game. >.<

Why the face? I fail to see how the random number generator being borked in this particular way is a bad thing. ;)

Yeah, that's a properly functioning random number generator. To a computer, 12345 is as random as 98234.

How is 12345 less random than any other 5 digit number?

It's not. The point was simply that the random number generator making a mob drop a shitload of stuff is as random as getting nothing at all or an epic world drop.
