While he did spawn from all 4 piles he also spawned an absolute ridiculous amount of adds. As in easily a half dozen or so bombs from each pile along with dozens of scrap bots. Focusing the bombs does kill the scrapbots but we couldnt manage to both deal with the scrap bots and kill the heart so we kinda just zerged him down easy mode to proceed.

On our 10-man hard mode kill tonight, he spawned 11 bomb bots, 25 scrap bots, and 3 assault bots. That's in one heart phase.
We tried tanking him on the side, but he spawned even more bots, so we ended up tanking him on the stairs. We ignored scrap bots, focused on bomb bots far from the raid and used them for friendly fire kills on the other bots.
On the other hand, there are new graphics for gravity bomb and light bomb.

Freya's sunbeams are ridiculously fucking hard to see now, watch your debuffs. I doubt it's something they can hotfix, or if anybody has a suggestion for how to make them easier to see please post it here.

You are quite right suicuique, I misread the post, and was making the assumption that there were three trophies per 25 man boss kill, rather than badges, making my post fairly inaccurate.
Can anyone confirm that only a single trophy is dropping? Two?

Allright, lets revise our weekly badge and trophy counts, that changes things completely.
Showing maximum badge aquision per individual, for both a hardmode and non-hardmode raider. 10m and 25m complete each week. The hypothetical Hardmode raider completes all 4 lockouts.
Trophy aqusition is cumulative for the guild, showing both a non-hardmode and a hardmode guild completing each lockout. highlighted 125, as it's the magic number where 25 raiders get every piece available to them for their main spec. Wintergrasp aquisitions are ignored completely for both badges and tier pieces.
If this is accurate, and please correct me if I'm making any bad assumptions here, it looks like people that do the daily quest should get two or three ilvl232 piece to supplement their trophy drops. They should still have enough badges to turn in on 245 gear when their trophy comes, assuming a farily even loot distribution.
I realise that people may or may not get the absolute max number of badges, and that a guild's performance probably won't follow either projection exactly. I'm just trying to get a feel for what to expect as we move on, so we can make the best decisions on when and how to upgrade.

A few changes noticed in Ulduar-10
- FL was getting inconsistent tower buffs. We only did 2 towers, but he was starting with 3 tower HP, and once started with 3 tower max HP but 2 tower current HP (around 66%)
- As noted above, XT spawns a LOT more adds. We easily got the "kill adds using bombs". It didn't feel bugged, but it was a very noticeable difference. We only had them spawn from 3 piles; not sure if the proximity effect is still in place, or if it's something else.
- A few trash mobs removed on the way to Mimiron, including the entire final pull
- New graphics for the XT fight, and a few things on Hodir (the same graphical effect)

While using that technique isn't very difficult for guilds that are past XT in progression, what it does is add a new mechanic to the fight. With XT already having been tuned/nerfed and the Coliseum being the newest raid, I have to believe this was an unintended change. I did get some cool screenshots though from our 25man; when activating hard mode we got 6 bombots, 4 pummellers and swarms of the little junkers/repair. Near groups spawned at least 2 waves each, maybe more.

In Ulduar 25:
Flame Leviathan -- we've been leaving Thorim's tower up, and FL had Freya's buff in addition to storms.
Razorscale -- markedly more add spawns. There was a third Sentinel up before the first was dead. We almost never see more than one alive at a time.
XT -- spawning from all four piles, and dramatically more total spawns.

Trial of the Crusader (10) Beasts of Northrend dropped 3 Emblems of Triumph. This will modify the above table to provide 6/12/18/24/30 raid emblems assuming that the other 4 bosses drop the same.

Only having 3 spawns is a large difference from 4. With 4 you need to devote 33% more ranged to killing adds and a significant chunk of heart dps.

Stealth Spell Queue Change?
I noticed that, according to Quartz, spell queueing is not working. I have substantial Lag, and, according to Quartz, my spells are NOT being queued. My next spell does not actually cast until the red portion (my lag) has passed. The spell I used to test this was Arcane Blast (without any switches, such as [nochanneling]). Has anyone else noticed this? I'll check my combat log later today to do a more indepth study.

I dont know if it is intended, but when i feigned on a wipe on the Jormungars i realized that all the raid buffs on me disappear once the raid wipes whilst i survive.

Did your flask and food buffs remain? In short, was it only buffs granted by others which were removed (as if the casters had swapped specs) or was it all your buffs?
Did Exhaustion also clear?
Perhaps this is something intended to avoid Bloodlust/Heroism penalty to those who survive a fight (Feign, Shadowmeld, Vanish).

Amusingly, and doubtless unintended, the Steam Powered Auctioneer in the engineering shop in Dalaran gave me as of last night (as a horde) access to the Alliance auction house. I have verified this by checking the armory of some of the sellers listed. And its definitely not the neutral AH. Also items bought via that auctioneer appear in my mail as from the Alliance Auction House.

I just tested this with two diferent characters at the same time on diferent AHs and both, steam powered and Ogrimmar, AHs are the same for me.

Did many classes recieve significant DPS boosts (aside from gems) in this patch? Our entire raid was quite surprised to see Hodir die with 30 seconds to spare lastnight, where we're usually around the 5-10 second mark. And on Steelbreaker, we killed him 4 seconds into the 3rd tank rotation; whilst historically we tend to only kill him with <5 seconds left on the 3rd tank. Most of us hadn't even gotten around to replacing our Blue gems yet, letalone redistributing Dragon's Eyes. Some people hadn't even updated their gems to qualify for meta bonuses.
Is anyone else experiencing such significant leaps in raid DPS?
